The Commission on Human Rights under Chito Gascon aggressively attack President Rody Duterte regarding his human rights record, however, the CHR has been passive in criticizing the very obvious abuses of the Maute Group and the Abu Sayyaf.
Is the CHR really interested in human rights or is their main goal to really bring down the government of President Duterte.
