Surprising Facts About Body Temperature

Body temperature is one of the four cardinal signs that can indicate that there’s something wrong going on inside our body. Being able to tell what a person’s body temperature is at any given time has saved countless lives throughout the years for being one of the first noticeable signs of infection.
Variation in our body temperature isn’t always a bad thing. Body temperature is part of the body’s system called homeostasis that keeps things relatively normal and balanced inside and out, so the body can keep functioning normally.
Body temperature is cause for alarm when it becomes too high. Temperature for adults and children should be somewhere between 97.8 degrees Fahrenheit (or 36.5 degrees in Celsius) and 99 degrees Fahrenheit (or 37.2 degrees in Celsius.)[1]
Infants tend to be warmer, and their temperature is only cause for concern if it reaches higher than 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit (38 degrees in Celsius) for infants younger than 3 months, and 102.2 degrees Fahrenheit (39 degrees in Celsius) for infants 3 to 12 months of age. [2] Fever is cause for concern if it causes unmanageable discomfort, hallucinations, or if it’s accompanied by another alarming symptom. It’s important to take infants to a health care facility if the fever is also accompanied by vomiting, wheezing, skin discoloration anywhere in their body, or strange-colored diarrhea. Taking note of how the discharge looks, how much was expelled, and the last time that the infant ate will also help health care practitioners determine the exact cause of the fever.
Body temperature is also alarming if it’s too low. For adults and children, 95 degrees Fahrenheit (35 degrees celsius) is too cold. Infants should be kept above 97 degrees Fahrenheit (36.1 degrees Celsius.) Keep in mind that infants are more susceptible to dangerously low body temperature, also called hypothermia, and should be kept comfortably warm at all times. All that being said, there are other factors that could be altering your body temperature.

Surprising Facts About Body Temperature

1. Body Temperature Can Indicate All Kinds Of Things Besides Infection
It’s also a possible indication of a giant list of things, some of which you wouldn’t think might be associated – such as growing teeth, broken bones, poisoning, dehydration, and pain.
2. What you eat affects your temperature – but not quite how you would think
We regularly crave for ice cream and sweet, ice cold drinks when it’s hot. However, it’s not as simple as that: We require energy to digest these, making our bodies feel warmer later. [3] Vegetables and berries that are largely water are far more useful in cooling our body down. Spicy food actually has a more effective cooling effect because it makes us sweat, and sweating is one of our body’s cooling mechanisms when our temperature gets too high. In old times, strong alcoholic drinks such as brandy were given to people suffering from cold, however this causes a flush, giving the perception of warmth but in fact lowering the core temperature.
3. Sweating Is Good For you
Anhidrosis is the uncommon condition of being unable to sweat. This can be caused by various factors like genetics, some skin disorders, medications, or nervous system damage. [4] Being unable to sweat can cause our body temperature to rise to dangerous levels without being able to cool down by sweating. This condition is especially dangerous for children, whose temperatures alter more rapidly than in adults.
4. Staying Warm During And After Surgery Decreases Infection
A study was conducted on the possible relation of body temperature regulation and surgical site infections. The study concluded that keeping patients warm, or at least at normal temperature during and right after surgery decreased the incidence of infection occurring at the site of the surgery. [5]
5. Women Are Warmer In Sleep Than Men
Our body temperature plays a role in our sleep. When our body temperature drops, it’s usually an indication that it’s bed time. While both men and women cool down, women stay warmer than men because of the hormones involved in women’s menstrual cycle. [6] Women also cool down approximately 30 minutes sooner than men at bed time. The temperature change and difference between men and women, fortunately, plays no part in how well we sleep.

John 11:3-7,17,20-27,33-45 | Rembrandt | The Raising of Lazarus

John 11:3-7,17,20-27,33-45The Raising of Lazarus
The Raising of Lazarus,
Painted by Rembrandt Harmensz. van Rijn (1606, Leiden - 1669, Amsterdam),
Executed circa 1630-1632,
Oil on panel,
© Los Angeles County Museum of Art
So the sisters sent a message to Jesus, ‘Lord, he whom you love is ill.’ But when Jesus heard it, he said, ‘This illness does not lead to death; rather it is for God’s glory, so that the Son of God may be glorified through it.’ Accordingly, though Jesus loved Martha and her sister and Lazarus, after having heard that Lazarus was ill, he stayed two days longer in the place where he was.
Then after this he said to the disciples, ‘Let us go to Judea again.’
When Jesus arrived, he found that Lazarus had already been in the tomb for four days. When Martha heard that Jesus was coming, she went and met him, while Mary stayed at home. Martha said to Jesus, ‘Lord, if you had been here, my brother would not have died. But even now I know that God will give you whatever you ask of him.’ Jesus said to her, ‘Your brother will rise again.’ Martha said to him, ‘I know that he will rise again in the resurrection on the last day.’ Jesus said to her, ‘I am the resurrection and the life. Those who believe in me, even though they die, will live, and everyone who lives and believes in me will never die. Do you believe this?’ She said to him, ‘Yes, Lord, I believe that you are the Messiah, the Son of God, the one coming into the world.’ When Jesus saw her weeping, and the Jews who came with her also weeping, he was greatly disturbed in spirit and deeply moved. He said, ‘Where have you laid him?’ They said to him, ‘Lord, come and see.’ Jesus began to weep. So the Jews said, ‘See how he loved him!’ But some of them said, ‘Could not he who opened the eyes of the blind man have kept this man from dying?’
Then Jesus, again greatly disturbed, came to the tomb. It was a cave, and a stone was lying against it. Jesus said, ‘Take away the stone.’ Martha, the sister of the dead man, said to him, ‘Lord, already there is a stench because he has been dead for four days.’ Jesus said to her, ‘Did I not tell you that if you believed, you would see the glory of God?’ So they took away the stone. And Jesus looked upwards and said, ‘Father, I thank you for having heard me. I knew that you always hear me, but I have said this for the sake of the crowd standing here, so that they may believe that you sent me.’ When he had said this, he cried with a loud voice, ‘Lazarus, come out!’ The dead man came out, his hands and feet bound with strips of cloth, and his face wrapped in a cloth. Jesus said to them, ‘Unbind him, and let him go.’
Many of the Jews therefore, who had come with Mary and had seen what Jesus did, believed in him.

Reflection on the Painting

In the Gospels, when Christ heals, the healing is not for the sole sake of the one healed, but for the sake of others and the entire community. Today’s reading is a perfect example of this. Jesus raised Lazarus for Mary and Martha. When we pray and ask to be healed, this healing is never just for me, so that I feel better, and my  sufferings go away. Jesus gives us healing for the sake of others too

Rembrandt painted the stories and parables of the Old and New Testaments in accessible, easy to understand images. Because Dutch Calvinism forbade religious art in churches, public commissions for paintings of biblical subjects were virtually nonexistent. However, a thriving private patronage blossomed, which helps account for the dominance of religious subjects in Rembrandt's work. In our painting we see Christ's divine and human nature fully revealed. His hand is raised to perform the miracle, pointing upwards, using His divine powers. His bare feet reveal His humanity. Christ’s facial expression is beautiful. We can see that He has cried as per today’s reading, but yet His face also shows determination. Around Christ and the tomb are the astounded witnesses, among them Mary and Martha, Lazarus's sisters. The dramatic, intense darkness of the cave make all the facial expressions of the onlookers even more prominent. On the right we have a quiver (reference to Psalm 127, ‘Like arrows in the hand of a warrior are the children of one's youth. Blessed is the man who fills his quiver with them!’) and a scabbard (reference to Jeremiah 47:6, 'Ah, sword of the Lord! How long till you are quiet? Put yourself into your scabbard; rest and be still!’).

God’s Testimony

God’s Testimony
March 26, 2020
Thursday of the Fourth Week of Lent
John 5:31-47
Jesus said to the Jews: "If I testify on my own behalf, my testimony cannot be verified. But there is another who testifies on my behalf, and I know that the testimony he gives on my behalf is true. You sent emissaries to John, and he testified to the truth. I do not accept testimony from a human being, but I say this so that you may be saved. He was a burning and shining lamp, and for a while you were content to rejoice in his light. But I have testimony greater than John's. The works that the Father gave me to accomplish, these works that I perform testify on my behalf that the Father has sent me. Moreover, the Father who sent me has testified on my behalf. But you have never heard his voice nor seen his form, and you do not have his word remaining in you, because you do not believe in the one whom he has sent. You search the Scriptures, because you think you have eternal life through them; even they testify on my behalf. But you do not want to come to me to have life. I do not accept human praise; moreover, I know that you do not have the love of God in you. I came in the name of my Father, but you do not accept me; yet if another comes in his own name, you will accept him. How can you believe, when you accept praise from one another and do not seek the praise that comes from the only God? Do not think that I will accuse you before the Father: the one who will accuse you is Moses, in whom you have placed your hope. For if you had believed Moses, you would have believed me, because he wrote about me. But if you do not believe his writings, how will you believe my words?"
Introductory Prayer: Jesus, the gift of faith permits me to soar higher. I believe in you! I lend myself to this intricate duty of faith, and with a hopeful trust, I leap toward your infinite love. I love you, Lord. I have come to spend this time with you just because I want to be with you.
Petition: Lord, help me to live with purity of intention.
  1. Seeking Human Praise: Jesus said, “I do not accept human praise.” Why? His Father deserves all the credit for anything that exists because, after all, he created everything. Knowing and accepting this is indeed a quick path to holiness. Jesus is God, but he leaves us a splendid example of how man should search for God’s glory and not his own. When we look for our own “fan club,” we are really stripping God of the glory that he alone deserves. When we seek praise from men and work hard to be accepted by them, we are standing before a guillotine that severs a head from its body. However, by purifying our intentions and glorifying God alone through all our actions and thoughts, eternal life is merited for us and for many souls.

  2. The Proper Motives for Our Deeds: Self-seeking doesn’t work. True, selfless love does. There are some advantages to living a life that seeks only God’s glory. The benefit achieved is order. We learn to maintain the proper hierarchy in our values and to keep things in their place. When parents need to punish a wayward child, their question is: “Are we punishing him because he has done something wrong and needs to be taught a lesson?” Or do they allow their anger to get the best of them, and the punishment then becomes a release valve for their fury? Likewise, in our use of the material goods we have at our disposal, do we use them out of pure love of God or only for our comfort?

  3. True Peace of Heart: When children do something wrong, they usually act nervously when their wrongdoing is uncovered. However, when they are mistakenly blamed, they show a convincing innocence, and the accuser retracts in time to avoid harm. The same could be said about purity of intention. If a soul labors only for God’s glory, then a certain guarantee of fulfillment necessarily accompanies his destiny. No matter how many obstacles and misunderstandings might besiege him, the soul who follows God’s will enjoys peace.
Conversation with Christ: Lord Jesus, you teach me in the Gospel to add a supernatural dimension to all my enterprises and efforts. This mortal existence on earth is a mere drop in the ocean compared to eternity that will quickly engulf me. Help me to do all for your greater glory.
Resolution: In my conversations today, I will not brag about myself. I will try to focus the conversation on the interests of others.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT - CORONAVIRUS

From member of the Stanford hospital board. This is their feedback for now on Coronavirus:

The new Coronavirus may not show signs of infection for many days.

By the time they have a fever and/or cough and go to the hospital, the lung is usually 50% Fibrosis and it's too late.

How can one know if he/she is infected?

Taiwan experts provide a simple self-check that we can do every morning. Take a deep breath and hold your breath for more than 10 seconds.

If you complete it successfully without coughing, without discomfort, stiffness or tightness, etc., it proves there is no Fibrosis in the lungs, basically indicates no infection.

Serious excellent advice by Japanese doctors treating COVID-19 cases: Everyone should ensure your mouth & throat are moist, never dry.

In a critical time, please self-check every morning in an environment with clean air.

Take a few sips of water every 15 minutes at least. Why?

If you don't drink enough water more regularly, the virus can enter your windpipe and into the lungs. That's very dangerous.

Even if the virus gets into your mouth, drinking water or other liquids will wash them down through your throat and into the stomach. Once there, your stomach acid will kill all the virus.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT - CORONAVIRUS

1. If you have a runny nose and sputum, you have a common cold

2. Coronavirus pneumonia is a dry cough with no runny nose.

3. This new virus is not heat-resistant and will be killed by a temperature of just 26/27 degrees. It hates the Sun.

4. If someone sneezes with it, it takes about 10 feet before it drops to the ground and is no longer airborne.

5. If it drops on a metal surface it will live for at least 12 hours - so if you come into contact with any metal surface - wash your hands as soon as you can with a bacterial soap.

6. On fabric, it can survive for 6-12 hours. normal laundry detergent will kill it.

7. Drinking warm water is effective for all viruses. Try not to drink liquids with ice.

8. Wash your hands frequently as the virus can only live on your hands for 5-10 minutes, but - a lot can happen during that time - you can rub your eyes, pick your nose unwittingly and so on.

9. You should also gargle as a prevention. A simple solution of salt in warm water will suffice.

10. Can't emphasize enough - drink plenty of water!

THE SYMPTOMS

1. It will first infect the throat, so you'll have a sore throat lasting 3/4 days

2. The virus then blends into a nasal fluid that enters the trachea and then the lungs, causing pneumonia. This takes about 5/6 days further.

3. With the pneumonia, comes high fever and difficulty in breathing.

4. The nasal congestion is not like the normal kind. You feel like you're drowning. It's imperative you then seek immediate attention.

One of the scribes came up to Jesus and put a question to him, ‘Which is the first of all the commandments?’ Jesus replied, ‘This is the first: Listen, Israel, the Lord our God is the one Lord, and you must love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind and with all your strength. The second is this: You must love your neighbour as yourself. There is no commandment greater than these.’ The scribe said to him, ‘Well spoken, Master; what you have said is true: that he is one and there is no other. To love him with all your heart, with all your understanding and strength, and to love your neighbour as yourself, this is far more important than any holocaust or sacrifice.’ Jesus, seeing how wisely he had spoken, said, ‘You are not far from the kingdom of God.’ And after that no one dared to question him any more.

 Reflection on the Neon Installation

‘The more of you the more I love you’ is a large-scale neon installation by British artist Tracey Emin. Since 1995, Emin has produced neon artworks which are based on her own handwriting. She creates phrases or a play on words which are always slightly ambiguous and playful. Many interpretations always ensue from these neon works. Emin’s use of neon lights as an art form is inspired by her childhood memories of the neon illuminations in the English seaside town of Margate where she grew up. Neon lights are commonly used to make attractive business signs, for commercial purposes. By being used as an art material inside a gallery or domestic setting, these neon works become poetic, mysterious, playing solely on colour, phrase content and light.

Jesus is talking about love in today’s Gospel reading: ‘love the Lord your God’ and ‘love your neighbour’. The problem we humans have is that we are limited in our capacity to love. That’s why these ‘love commandments’ were issued to us by Christ in the first place. He knows how we struggle to love genuinely, as in willing the good of the other. Man was limited in his ability to love, so God offered some instruction… BUT, once we have recognised our limited ability to love, we can build on it and really make our capacity grow!

A Heroic Example

A Heroic Example
March 19, 2020

Solemnity of Saint Joseph, Husband of the Blessed Virgin Mary

Matthew 1:16, 18-21, 24a
Jacob was the father of Joseph, the husband of Mary. Of her was born Jesus who is called the Christ. Now this is how the birth of Jesus Christ came about. When his mother Mary was betrothed to Joseph, but before they lived together, she was found with child through the Holy Spirit. Joseph her husband, since he was a righteous man, yet unwilling to expose her to shame, decided to divorce her quietly. Such was his intention when, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream and said, "Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary your wife into your home. For it is through the Holy Spirit that this child has been conceived in her. She will bear a son and you are to name him Jesus, because he will save his people from their sins." When Joseph awoke, he did as the angel of the Lord had commanded him and took his wife into his home.
Introductory Prayer: Lord, in spite of difficulties I trust in your love and mercy. I believe in you, I hope in you, and I love you above all things. These ingredients – faith, hope and love – will help strengthen me for today’s battle. Lord, I entrust myself to you unconditionally.
Petition: Lord, grant me a clean conscience like that of your foster father, Joseph.
  1. My Situation: A danger could exist on our spiritual journey. When everything is quiet, works well and is intelligible, or when others esteem our efforts, our life seems to flourish. On the other hand, when everything is tough, humiliating or painful, a repugnance seems to cast a gray cloud over us. We may even begin to wonder if God still loves us. We need to keep our faith in God strong always. Joseph is a good example for us to emulate, for he did not become discouraged easily when undergoing trials.
  2. A Clean Conscience: Joseph, a just man, wanted to believe Mary’s story, but the facts were too harsh to comprehend. He loved and cared for Mary, but he felt betrayed. Since he had a clean conscience, he tried to dismiss the perfect dream of taking Mary to be his wife and decided to divorce her quietly. God, seeing Joseph’s honesty, communicated to him the truth about Mary’s integrity. A message in a dream was enough to convince his willing heart. How willing am I to believe the works of God in my life? How willing am I to fulfill God’s will?
  3. Not All Is Easy for a Just Man: God chose a man of great integrity and detail to shoulder the daunting responsibility of raising his Son. Would Joseph ever have imagined that five months after taking Mary into his home he would have to take her to Bethlehem without any comforts or security during the journey? Would he ever have imagined that he would have to flee to Egypt, dodging swords and soldiers? This was the price he paid for being an honorable man. However, the Lord father of the Creator of the Universe, with all the blessings and satisfactions that this would imply.
Conversation with Christ: O Christ, King and Lord, your foster father Saint Joseph provides me with an example of courage in bearing serenely the weight of life’s crosses and difficulties. Help me to see the beauty of giving limitlessly and surrendering my life to you.
Resolution: I will chat with Saint Joseph at some moment during the day, asking him to teach me how to be serene in times of trial.

10 Warning Signs Of Prostate Cancer Men Shouldn’t Ignore

Cancer is a disease that can affect almost every major organ in the body – from our skin to our liver. However, prostate cancer affects more men than any other cancer type apart from skin cancer. Based on data between 2010 and 2012, the NIH estimates that an astonishing 14 percent of the male population will be diagnosed with some form of prostate cancer in their lifetime. An estimated 220,800 cases were reported in the USA in 2015, with deaths at 27,540. By 2012, there were almost 3 million men living with prostate cancer in the US. It’s important not to live in fear, but the statistics should concern you enough to be more vigilant regarding your health and the health of your loved ones. Remember, the biggest fight against cancer starts with prevention. [1]

Getting To Know The Prostate

The prostate is part of the male reproductive system that is found just underneath the bladder. Roughly the size of a walnut, this gland produces fluid that supports the sperm used for sexual reproduction. The prostate grows naturally throughout the lifetime in two major “growth spurts”. The first obviously happens during puberty and the other during a man’s thirties. The weight of the gland grows from about 20 grams during adulthood to double its weight by the time a man reaches his 70s. [2] However, the sudden growth of the prostate can put pressure on its surrounding organs and tissues and cause pain and problems with urination and bowel movement. Learn about these warning signs and symptoms of prostate cancer below.

#1: Painful Or Difficult Urination

Dysuria is a term that means painful or difficult urination. With this symptom, you may find it difficult to urinate even if your bladder feels full; or be able to urinate but with mild to severe pain in the pelvic or perineal area (but note that a burning sensation in the urinary tract is usually due to a urinary tract infection). Dysuria is a cause for concern because it can indicate that something may be pressing against your urinary tract (the tract that allows urine to flow out from the bladder) most likely an enlarged prostate, a symptom of prostate cancer. [3]

#2: Frequent Urination

Frequent urination can also be a sign of prostate cancer. When the enlarged prostate or tumor compresses the bladder, it reduces its capacity to hold urine – ergo, more frequent trips to the bathroom to urinate. This can also lead to a feeling that your bladder isn’t fully empty even after repeated urination. [3]

#3: Very Weak Urine Flow

Slow or reduced urine flow usually accompanies the previous symptoms mentioned above. When something is blocking the urinary tract or bladder, the urine flow is greatly reduced, often to a mere dripping or dribbling. This also makes it hard to direct the stream of urine, even with a lot of force being made by the abdominal muscles during urination.

#4: Hematuria

Blood in the urine or hematuria is a cause for worry for anyone – male or female. In the case of prostate cancer, blood in the urine can indicate that the tumor has damaged the urethra or bladder – causing bleeding.
Bear in mind that severe problems with urination are late symptoms of prostate cancer – usually occurs when the prostate gland has already reached a large enough size to disrupt the normal function of the urinary system.

#5: Blood In Semen And Painful Ejaculation

As with hematuria, there should be a concern if blood appears in semen. Vascularized tumors are prone to bleeding, which can be the reason why blood-tinged semen is considered a sign of prostate cancer. The tumor itself can be bleeding or damaging surrounding prostate tissue to cause bleeding and pain.

#6: Swelling Of The Legs And Feet

There are two ways wherein prostate cancer can affect the lymph nodes – the first by compressing them, affecting the flow of lymph fluid in and out of the nodes and the second by metastasis to the lymph system. When the ducts that lead to and from the lymph nodes near the pelvic area become blocked, it causes a build-up of fluid in the lower extremities. This can cause mild to severe edema in the ankles and feet, or even the entire leg. However, lower extremity lymphedema usually happens after surgery and therapy but there is still a risk of it occurring prior to the start of treatment, depending on the stage of the tumor. [4]

#7: Pain In The Hips, Back, Or Chest

When prostate cancer has reached the last state (stage four), it has usually spread or metastasized to other parts of the body. The most common place where prostate cancer metastasizes is bone. This is why pain in the hips (pelvic bone), back (spine), and chest (ribs) are indicative of widespread bone metastasis in cases of prostate cancer. In a study on prostate cancer in 2000, 90 percent of autopsies done on people who died of prostate cancer revealed bone metastasis. [5]

#8: Urinary And Stool Incontinence

When metastasis has spread to the bones in the spinal column, it can start to affect spinal tissue as well. Because the spinal cord is a part of the nervous system and contributes to the control of the muscles of the bladder and the rectum, metastasis can lead to problems with urinary and stool control, manifesting as incontinence. This can start with feeling the urge to urinate and defecate but never making it to the bathroom on time, eventually leading to full incontinence. [6]

#9: Erectile Dysfunction

While many people believe that erectile dysfunction only occurs after treatment for prostate cancer has started, science begs to differ. In a 2015 study on baseline erectile dysfunction and diagnoses of prostate cancer, erectile dysfunction was present in more than half (53 percent) of the total number of subjects, with severe ED occurring in roughly half of that number (24 percent). This demonstrates that baseline erectile dysfunction is a prevalent warning symptom of prostate cancer.[7]

#10: Weight Loss And Fatigue

Unexplained weight loss and fatigue are common among all types of cancer. When any kind of tumor develops, the body basically “feeds” it which causes it to spread and grow. The nutrients sent to the cancer cells starve the healthy cells, leading to weight loss and easy fatiguability. This is actually one of the earliest signs of cancer, with affected people only noting weakness at the beginning stage of the disease to severe fatigue and weight loss as the staging of cancer progresses. [8]

Your Number One Tactic: Prostate Cancer Screening

Here’s the truth: most of these signs and symptoms only occur when prostate cancer has already progressed to later stages. More often than not, men with the early stages of prostate cancer are asymptomatic – meaning they don’t feel any different or don’t manifest any signs and symptoms of the disease. This is where screening comes in. You may not know it but you maybe be at risk for prostate cancer.
The three most common methods for prostate cancer screening are:
1) digital rectal exams (DREs)
2) prostate-specific antigen (PSA) detection in the blood and
3) checking for the presence of the protein Engrailed-2 (EN2) in the urine.
The first method allows the manual palpation of an enlarged prostate, raising the alarm for the performance of other screening tests to fully assess the condition. The second is also able to detect an enlarged prostate through PSA levels in the blood, which is useful if the prostate cannot be palpated through a DRE. While the ability of these tests to actually detect prostate cancer is not 100 percent, they are very valuable in detecting abnormalities with the prostate and have positive effects on mortality rates beyond 7 years. [9][10]
The EN2 test is based on relatively new research and reported to be not yet available. A laboratory test currently identifies EN2 in urine, and a simple home test kit is envisioned which will be similar to a home pregnancy test strip. [11]
But remember this: Not all enlarged prostates are cancerous.
An enlarged prostate is not always a cause for concern. In fact, this condition is very common in older men – occurring in about 90 percent of men in their 70s and 80s. Hyperplasia or the enlargement of the prostate naturally occurs as a man ages. When this growth doesn’t stop, it can develop into BPH – which stands for benign prostatic hyperplasia, which is not at all cancerous and is generally regarded as not requiring any form of treatment – unless there is great difficulty in urination. However, the urinary symptoms of BPH are similar to prostate cancer, which makes adequate screening even more important. [11]

KABATAAN PARTY LIST NI SARAH ELAGO NAEXCITE PUMULITIKA. MUKHANG NAPAHIYA.

"O my!.MISS KAREN DAVILA, who is your source of this info????? We are here in Italy and we haven’t even heard of that VOUCHER you are talking about. Validate your news 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬mag ririsk ba kaming lumabas ng bahay para maka pag partime kong meron ngang voucher (voucher from employers, baka pwede pa), mahal ang multa, €206€ po at 3 months detention!!!," sabi ni Bernadette Kiffanay Carino GD.

"FYI Ms. Karen Davila wala pong pnamimigay na voucher dito pra makabili ng libreng pagkain. Tandaan mo pag may libre dito kme unang mkakaalam kaya samin ka muna magtanong! HAHAHA!" sabi ni Aeisha De Austria.

"Calling the attention of MISS KAREN DAVILA, ayon sa ulat mo, may voucher dito sa Italy na binibigay ang gobyerno para pumunta sa supermarket at makapag grocery kame nang libre, BAKA NAMAN PO PWEDENG PAKISUNOD DUN KUNG SAAN NAGBIBIGAY NG VOUCHER NA YAN AT PIPILA AKO PARA MAKAKUHA. Mas updated kpa samen, for your info, wala pong ganyan dito, pera namen ang ginagamit namen para mag grocery. FAKE NEWS P MORE!" sabi ni Vhina Felix.

"Naku nmn KAREN DAVILA Di totoo yang balita mo. Anong voucher at libre ibinibigay ng govt dito.sa Italy. Ayusin ang pagbabalita." sabi ni Yolanda Villegas.

Isang kababayan pa natin sa Italy na si Janine Gabriel Dominguez ang nag-tag kay Davila sa kanyang Instagram account para sagutin ang maling impormasyon na kinalat ng mamamahayag. Ayon kay Dominguez, humahanap pa raw ng butas si Davila para lumusot.
