5 Natural Remedies that will Normalize your Blood Pressure

You should check your blood pressure regularly because it is a risk factor that doesn’t have any particular symptoms. There are some natural foods and remedies that are very helpful for keeping our blood pressure in normal range.
Healing Fruit
You can drink one glass of fresh apple or orange juice three times a day. You can also dilute two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water and consume this mixture three times a day.
There is a simple remedy made from lemons and sugar that will last for longer period of time. Chop and blend 0,5 kg of lemons and add 500 grams of sugar. Whisk it well and leave it to stay for 10 days in a glass jar. Consume one teaspoon of this remedy every morning on an empty stomach.
Crumple one garlic clove and put it in some small glass filled with alcohol. Leave it to stay for 48 hours. You should add 20 drops of this mixture in your tea prepared of lemon balm, sage and angelica.
You can also crumple two garlic bulbs and add them in a glass of sugared water (100 grams of sugar). You should consume one teaspoon from this syrup, twice a day.
The following remedy is also very effective for this purpose. Take one large garlic bulb and clean it. Cook it in half a liter of water for 10 minutes. Leave it to cool down and then add the juice of 2-3 lemons. Drink one small glass (30-50ml) of this remedy every morning on an empty stomach.
Mix 400 grams of buckwheat and 200 grams of oatmeal. Add 200 grams of this mixture in 1L of water and apply it on heat. Once the water starts to boil you should remove the mixture from the heat and cover it with a lid. Strain the mixture 15 minutes later and drink it through the day instead of water.
You can also prepare the following recipe: use 5 grams of crushed hawthorn fruit and cook it for 3 minutes in 1L of water, strain it and consume it during the day.
The following tea recipe is also effective: use 2 tablespoons of crumpled parsley leaves and root, add them in 2dl of water and cook for 10 minutes. Strain the mixture and consume one tablespoon a day from this liquid.
Raw Almonds
Consume handful of raw almonds every day and you will make significant difference when it comes to maintaining your blood pressure levels.
Hot Peppers
Hot pepper is able to lower the blood pressure very fast. This food widens the blood vessels which allow the blood to flow easier. This is the reason why the blood pressure lowers that quick. You can add one or two teaspoons of hot pepper in warm water and mix it with honey and Aloe Vera. You will get powerful homemade remedy that is very effective in the fight against hypertension.
