RE : First European Council Meeting and Alleged Plagiarism

From emails reaching the International Headquarters it is alleged that [1] for the 1st European Council Meeting of the Order you scheduled on 23 September 2006 at the Philippine Embassy in Paris, France, you have not notified all those who are supposed to attend it, more specifically the non-Filipinos; and [2] you have committed plagiarism re “Born To Be A Hero.”
These appear to be serious allegations.
May we hear soonest, within twenty four hours, your comment on the first. If true, why?
As to the second, may we request you to comment within ten (10) days from notice hereof on the charge of plagiarism even as we would require the complainants to submit formal the complaint, under oath, with supporting evidence. The comment should be addressed to the Supreme Commander.
