Sir Hilario Davide, Jr., out of delicadeza, and before he gets questioned of any wrongdoing, opted to RESIGN, although he didn't have to!

Lady Bishop Margot Kaessmann, first woman head of the EKD in Germany, could have chosen to STAY in power, with more than enough votes in the EKD Council to sustain her should any push come to a shove. She resigned, also out of self-respect and delicadeza.

Quiambao was Supreme Commander RY 1999-2000, around the time Mushake said he donated approx. Euro 5,000 into the KOR, as confirmed by him telephonically with Lazir in 2008. It's against Sec 7, RA 646 to not account for and use donated funds per KOR purposes. Is it alright to keep quiet about donated funds?

- pushed for fake Rizalist Paras' appointment to European Regional Commander post that made Sir Hans Schoof abruptly RESIGN from the KOR!
- thru reported machinations, "nudged" able Sir Lucien Spittael from keeping the European Regional Commander post within a period less than 30 days!
- talks some semblance of Rizalism but pushes an agenda that is far from the ideas and teachings of the Great Malayan!

Does Quiambao possess delicadeza?

Does Esguerra possess delicadeza? Didn't Esguerra send out the (Vidal?) memo against Lazir where Esguerra forgot his signature block? Didn't Esguerra claim he is for non-racism, although he reportedly exalted racist Alcoba (ask Sir Barry Bowman who deleted the "Sir" from accompanying Alcoba's name for a very VALID reason!) to KGOR, July 2007?

Let's ask Samuela, KOR's Supreme Pursuivant, who might have some delicadeza to not TWIST facts this time around and give us KOR Knights a truthful answer!

-has enough delicadeza to REFUSE a KOR promotion to next higher rank, purportedly signed by inutile (not reporting to the General KOR membership by way of SILENCE to valid questions/inquiries is a sign of being INUTILE and INCOMPETENCE, part and parcel of a properly-functioning Supreme Commander! With the job comes a lot of responsibilities being KOR's CEO! By his Silence on many KOR issues, Esguerra proved to Lazir and all he is UNFIT for the Rizalian job!) Virgilio Esguerra!

Davide resigns from UN post

CEBU , Philippines – Retired Chief Justice Hilario Davide Jr. has resigned as ambassador to the United Nations effective next month to campaign for his son, Hilario III, who is running against re-electionist Gov. Gwendolyn Garcia.

Hilario III confirmed his father’s resignation during a round- table discussion with The FREEMAN editors and senior reporters the other day.

He said his father had submitted his resignation to then executive secretary Eduardo Ermita.

The resignation had been accepted and will take effect on April 1, he added. Hilario III said his father will start campaigning for him after the Holy Week.

“He is coming home to campaign after Easter Sunday,” he said.

Hilario III said his father could have just taken a leave of absence for the election period, but out of delicadeza, he opted to resign.

“This is a father’s way of supporting his son,” he said.

Hilario III said that his father would not be given a role in the provincial government, not even as consultant, if he is elected.

He will not hire any family member as his consultant, he added.

President Arroyo named Hilario Jr. as ambassador to the UN in February 2007 after serving as senior presidential adviser on electoral reform following his retirement as Chief Justice in 2005. - Fred Languido
