WELL SAID, SIR DENNIS!

Allcon,

Well said Sir Dennis! Well done Sir Klaus and the ME knights questioning the Manila injustice! When stepped upon, say "OUCH!" Mabuhay kayo Sir Bert! You have our support and respect! It might not be much, but comes from a sincere heart!

BTW Sir Bert and brother knights openly supporting you, welcome to the club! Don't lose hope. Fight for democratic reforms! Fight for a good cause!

These e-mails confirm the dirty machinations from the Manila HQ. With support from some corners in the globe, particularly Europe? I hope I'm wrong!

Let's face it squarely and "call a spade a spade!"

Someone switched the valid list (w/o Paras) which the 29 Apr 06 meeting near Heidelberg produced, with a list containing the name of Paras! Was it Quiambao? If not him, did he facilitate it? Was it not Quiambao's son who was reported previously to have lived in the Paras household, (or said differently, was under Paras' tender care while in Brussels or somewhere in Belgium)? Did Quiambao CHANGE the list of recommendee's for the Europe post/s and this particular list was the basis for Sir Hilario's appointment/s? Or was it his close associate? Or somebody else?

Hence I cannot accept the Paras appointment, with due respect and reverence to the illustrious signature of Sir Hilario. I deem it that Sir Hilario was "hoodwinked" to appoint the "wrong" European Commander! Sir Hilario has integrity. His appointee has zero. (Garbage can be wrapped in gold, but it's still garbage! Knowing it to be garbage, I should refuse, right?)

Even Mushake's open support of Paras is questionable. As one who have done a lot for the KOR Europe, it's bad for his health to openly support dishonesty, because that is not what Dr Jose Rizal taught us. Why? At the urgings of someone from Manila HQ?

Don't get me wrong, I have nothing personal against Paras, Alcoba, Nollas, Mushake, Quimbao. But I have something personal against dishonest acts, under-the-table happenings, arm twisting transactions, back-stabbing phone calls to Manila HQ, quid pro quo deals, and the like. Dr Jose Rizal did not teach us these!

Rank and file knights of honor, must we swallow hook, line and sinker? An honorable knight with a little pride and self-respect left in himself, would immediately move aside and let his honorable name be investigated/cleared. That's the right way. That's the Rizalian way.

Laong Laan is doing the admirable thing exposing evil and wrong! If the likes of him were quiet, Sauron, the Lord of the Ring, will rule even longer! If we can't carry the ring, we can at least carry the ring bearer! Let's practice transparency and act the way Dr Jose Rizal taught us. Only
as such can we be proud knights, tolerating no evil or wrongdoing! If we were bad before, this is the chance to redeem ourselves! If change is permanent, let's "change" for the better!

Men of goodwill must stand up and be counted. The villains are identifiable. All we have to do, brother knights and friends of Dr Jose Rizal, is to keep writing/exposing what we/you know! "Evil wins when the good ones do nothing!"

The KOR must be transparent! Only then can we see how democratic or undemocratic the Manila HQ runs business. In darkness, Sauron and the devil rules!

Some recommendations I can make: I encourage you all to pay your dues, continue your honorable chapter activities, maintain good camaraderie, but work to put your chapter's dues to Manila in ESCROW. ...until Manila reforms!

Another thing we can do is work with reform-minded chapters or knights, for a better, democratic, more transparent organization worthy of universal respect. Sir Jun and the Scarborough, Canada chapter might be of help.

If the good is ignored by the bad, the good can better shine w/o the bad!

Yours sincerely,

For a Democratic Order
For Pride in the Order
For the Good of the Order

V/R,
Rizal P. Victoria
Wilhelmsfeld-Heidelberg
