Kindly allow me to say a little on this, the European tragedy. What transpired here in Europe is a great SHAME for the Filipino nation, its people, the KOR and the glorious Rizalian traditions!! The group of countrymen who "usurped" power here are opportunists and racists... !
Let's take a short picnic into the KOR "British Isles", when our Merlin fell asleep at the wrong time!
Please consider:
1) if I denounce a Kababayan TNT to the Belgian MFA, with a letter, showing my letterhead as "President" of the Filipino Community in Belgium, although my position in the community is only chairman of the Sports committee...! Is it alright to claim that I help Filipinos who are in need of help?
- - am I not lying, dishonest, an opportunist? such acts are un-Rizalian, considering that Dr Jose Rizal was a man of exemplary and unquestionable honesty and integrity!
2) if during a special conference/gathering of European Knights (All, Filipinos and Europeans alike, were invited!) for the sole purpose of submitting names for the posts of
European Commander
Deputy European Commander
Area Commanders for Germany, Spain, Belgium, UK, Ireland, etc.,
my name was not included on the list of recommendees for any of the above-positions, then comes the appointment letters from the Manila HQ, signed by the Supreme Cdr! Isn't the Rizalian thing to do, to politely DECLINE the appointment, but give in to the wishes of those who attended the European conference, in order to foster UNITY and PREVENT DISHARMONY which I claimed day in and day out till today???
- - am I not a USURPER of POWER, taking the coveted position! claiming that I have been discriminated against all these years!!!
3) if I called a meeting of Filipinos only, separate from the special European conference mentioned above, and "conspired" to submit a "Filipino Muna" list, and submitted this to the Manila HQ, in connivance with and with the complicity of some sinister characters over there!
- - am I not fostering DISUNITY, creating TROUBLE, CALCULATING??? contrary to my claims that I am for unity and brotherhood of Filipinos and Europeans! am I not a fake???
4) if I claim that P2,000,000 or so worth of donations were given by me to the needy in the Philippines, when in truth and in fact, the chapter headed by Belgian Sir Francois Ooms, its officials and members, raised the funds from an event the said chapter organized and worked hard for!
- - am I not lying through my teeth, harvesting the Laurels when Sir Francois Ooms and his chapter's members were solely the real hardworkers that raised the funds??
5) if I claim to be a bank computer programmer although in truth and in fact, I was but employee of a security agency that provided service to the bank, but not an employee of the said bank!
- - am I not padding my credentials? and for what sinister purpose?
6) if for instance I shook the hand of the future Belgian King and His Queen, (perhaps in a special event for the Royalty or a royal fund-raising activity in Belgium, or whatever!)
- - am I right to add the name of His Majesty and Her Royal Highness to my curriculum vitae as REFERENCES??? Isn't the right thing to do is simply treasure the fact I met these royalties, but I have no right to add their big names to my bio-data?
7) if I claim that the KOR Supreme Council "decided and approved" my appointment, although the Special conference of the European knights submitted a list, as per the KOR Constitution and By-Laws... and my name is nowhere there...!
- - am I not clearly one who is after personal glory, accepting an appointment whose nature is NOT FREE of doubt(s), malice and suspicion???
8) if a non-existent KOR chapter in Belgium, suddently "comes into being"!, complete with names of persons who signed a petition to the Manila HQ/Supreme Council, asking that my being be elevated or exalted to a certain degree!!
- - am I not a fake? an act (of many) based on a non-existent chapter, is NOT AN ACT at all, ab initio! simply because there is/was no KOR chapter existing beforehand!!! One of the signatories happens to be a man of the cloth or friar or priest!!
9) if I organized a European KOR event in Paris, France, with mostly Filipino attendees...!
- - is it right for me to claim that all of Europe, European as well as Filipino knights, chapters and leaders from Ireland to Malta, from UK to Germany, were INVITED!??? Fact is, invitations to many European chapter commanders were sent a few days BEFORE the event!!!
10) other claims I submitted:
- took 11 Filipino seamen "in my house for almost 3-year free of charge";
- "my home became the extension of the Philippine Embassy, Brussels and more";
- "another group of 18 Filipinas stranded in Antwerp, Belgium in 1985, victims of illegal recruiters, who took refuge in my own house for more than 3-month, free of charge, extended financial help, till I was able to find job for them.";
- "My home became a refuges house for the past 20 years all expenses from my hard earned money.";
- "Millions of pesos worth of dry goods and cash money were donated to the unfortunate Filipinos in the Philippines and many more (all well documented)."
- - am I now telling the truth, similar to my other claims enumerated under 1 thru 9 above, plus my claim that I wrote "Born To Be A Hero"???, enumerating family details about my parents, siblings, of staying in the US, etc. etc. to finish the book over there?? Who could best write about my family, my parents, complete names/places, and minute details, if not only myself or someone in my family!!!
Now I claim that some IT/PC specialist repairing my PC tampered my files and "wrote" BORN TO BE A HERO, "misplaced" the invitations to non-Filipino Commanders and "did" a lot of other bad things!!! Luckily I did not pay him! NO, I DID NOT DO ANYTHING WRONG! The COMPUTER DID IT!!!

We in the KOR need less leaders who are charlatans, fakes and social climbers! For Leaders, we need men of impeccable honesty, and high moral integrity! In the future, promotions should be based on merit! One member, one vote! No taxation, without Representation! Transactions under the table should be thing of the past!
