In his letter to an European chapter commander as of January 18th, 2007, Paras writes among others:
?Do you know the history of the ?Order in Europe?? For more than 18 years, leaders of the order in Europe? Regional? are all Europeans, we Filipinos accepted them without any reservation, now come those Filipinos appointed recently in different positions that you cannot accept us and you even campaign for our destruction or reconsideration because we are Filipinos. ? Tell me who is racist??
Mr. Lino Paras, are you already suffering from alcoholic dementia or Alzheimer's disease or are you just a plain lyer?
The truth is, that Sir Carlos Benitez, Jr. headed Europe as Regional Commander during RY 1998/99. He happens to be a ?Filipino? or of Filipino descent, but this surely was not the reason for his election! Opposite to you he was qualified!
How comes that a European Commander, if I accidentally call you this for a moment, does not know this? Due to your cv you joined the order before that date? So is it mere stupidity of yours or are you lying agin like so often before?
Yes, I too accuse you of racism and the quotation from your letter exactly shows why? We Filipinos? already means thinking in racist terms? For me all members of the order who live in Europe are European members of the order, not Filipinos or white members or Non-Filipinos or whatever you may call us.
I would fight any ?Non-Filipino? in your office just the same for the same reason: not qualified for being a PLAGIARIST, FORGER, RACIST AND TRAITOR!
