Filipinos are NOT any better than North Koreans

Posted by  on Jul 31, 2011

Filipinos tend to get too smug or take on a patronizing attitude when talking about North Koreans as if they are better than them. They say that the North Koreans are not free because they are under the yoke of communism. They say they suffer from hunger, oppression and lack of ability to express themselves because they are under the tyranny of Kim Jong Il, their “Dear Leader”.

I say they are all full of crap. The Filipino people are no better than the North Koreans because they are under the yoke of something much worse than communism which is the obvious disease of MORONISM. Like the North Koreans, they also suffer from hunger, oppression and lack of freedoms because like communism, moronism brings down the economy and makes everyone’s life miserable. If the North Koreans couldn’t speak up because of Kim Jong Il’s men watching over them and taking them to the salt mines if they say anything unsavory to the regime, The Filipinos could not speak up against their employers in other countries no matter how oppressive the conditions become because of fear that they might lose their employment and have to come back to The Philippines (which is WORSE than the North Korean salt mines).
I have been around a lot of OFWs from the US, Japan and the Middle East and the stories you hear from them will break your heart. They are basically good people with great hearts and they get taken advantage of by relaTHIEVES in The Philippines. Their children grow up without them and most of them do not turn out exactly the way they wanted them to. Some of their children and relathieves even develop senses of entitlement, demanding to be provided means to acquire the latest gadgets and fashion while the OFWs do things like return empty shopping carts under the blazing sun to the entrances of US Shopping Centers or taking emotional abuse from their employers while serving as Domestic Helpers, Japayukis and the like.
If communism is oppressive, moronism is worse. People under the yoke of communism can gain my sympathy because that system is imposed upon them. On the other hand, I find it hard to feel sorry for people under moronism because they are the ones who propagated the “system” themselves. If the communists have Marx, Lenin and Mao, the moronists have Revillame, Aquino and Abunda. The latter belief is more pathetic, destructive and idiotic because while the communists can be given the benefit of the doubt that they just mis-analyzed the communist ideology, the Moronists meanwhile have missed what is glaringly obvious due to a chronic deficiency in their ways of thinking.
Some Filipinos think Communism will solve the problem but little do they know that democracy is not the system that prevails in The Philippines but Idiocracy. Therefore the antithesis they are looking for is not communism but Realism. The revolution we need would no longer take place in the streets and mountains and fought with guns, knives and grenades. The revolution is fought in the minds of every Filipino and as much as we can, we need to eradicate in them the oppressive principles of Moronism.
You can start by questioning a lot of beliefs.
1. Whenever you encounter someone who says they are “Proud to be Filipino” when individual Pinoys win boxing matches or appear on Oprah, you have just come across a certified Moronist much more dangerous than Ka Roger’s or Joma Sison’s brainwashed “Pulang Mandirigma”. Just question them by saying “Why are you proud? That is his accomplishment, not yours. Refer to these articles for further rebuttals:
2. Whenever you encounter someone who receives money from OFWs even if they can work on their own is another follower of the Moronist ideology. They believe the bad financial decisions made by OFWs providing deadbeats like them money are acts of charity worthy of praise or “blessings from God”. Ask them how they can look themselves in the mirror or have any respect for themselves if they live like leeches instead of enjoying the triumphs of the human spirit through the fruits of their own labor? If you encounter OFWs or anyone who earns good money who enable these parasites and the parasitical principles, tell them that they are propagating the oppressive culture of Moronism which leads to our country becoming an Idiocracy. Refer to this article for more on these kinds of Moronists:
3. Whenever Flips blame Corruption for their plight, always remind them that that culture has thrived because of their culture. Remind them too that other countries have corrupt governments but they progress. Corruption is not the real culprit for the plight of Da Pinoy but their susceptibility to fads, inclination to party, festive nature, liking for easy money and over virtue-ization of charity. Pass on this article
Those are only a few of the dysfunctions the Moronists propagate. Can you enumerate more for our benefit? This way, we can formulate doctrine on how to fight this scourge that has long made our people subject to unspoken oppression that never reach the papers, radio or TV. Our people suffer in silence and lose their humanity due to the system that we ourselves have imposed upon us. Filipinos should not be smug when comparing themselves with North Koreans because they are not any better. Until we get these moronisms out of our system, we shall forever remain an Idiocracy with our people being oppressed, silenced and stripped of their human dignity whether at home or all over the world.
