This is Esguerra's HATE Mail (or HATE Memo). Each time Sir Barry Bowman accuses Lazir of purportedly writing "HATE MAILs", just PUBLISH this one and Lazir's accompanying letter.
It's dated 25 February 2008, puportedly written by Sir Felipe Vital, KCR, but IN REALITY, ACTUALLY written by Esguerra. (Hence, Lazir calls him Esguerra a.k.a. Felipe Vital! Sir Felipe Vital is reported to be Esguerra's brother-in-law. Lazir retained the "Sir" on Sir Felipe Vital because there's no proof the poor guy has any hand in this Esguerra lie!)
Notice the letter tone changing AFTER the (BREAK - placed by me, for emphasis and to separate message by Esguerra for Lazir and message by Esguerra for a certain "chapter commander", Sir Felipe Vital?), becoming friendly, even CONGRATULATORY!
How can one MIX admonition and felicity in one Memo, if not by twist of FATE, leaving SIGNATURE BLOCK plus IDENTITY of real AUTHOR?
Also, Esguerra FORGOT to delete his SIGNATURE BLOCK at the bottom, before FORWARDING this particular memo to Lazir! Esguerra penned 3 memoranda, but only this one, puportedly from Sir Felipe Vital, has Esguerra's SIGNATURE BLOCK!
Message before the (BREAK) castigates Lazir, and impugns that Lazir "WRONGLY" accused Sir Carmelo!, which Lazir NEVER did.
The actual Mushake donation confirmed with Lazir over the phone in 2008 was for approx. Euro 5,000 (DM 10,000), sometime 1999-2000, when Quiambao was Supreme Commander!
These Euro 500 Mushake donations for 4 years, from 2003-2006, totalling Euro 2000, is SEPARATE AND DISTINCT from the MISSING approx. Euro 5,000 (Quiambao, Esguerra and Samuela try to cover-up?)!
Lazir remembers how Sir Carmelo told the former, as the latter drove Lazir to the Davao airport (19 or 20 January 2008?) he felt "alluded to unfairly" by Lazir's asking for the MISSING approx. Euro 5,000, in Davao in January 2008. Putting two and two together, a meeting at IHQ (December 2007?) MALICIOUSLY impugned that Lazir was ACCUSING all Supreme Commanders, Sir Carmelo Gempesaw included, writing about the MISSING approx. Euro 5,000!
Who could put this lie before the IHQ meeting, if not Esguerra himself? Formulated differently: Who would have a MOTIVE to destroy Lazir and Sir Carmelo Gempesaw in one blow, while spreading malicious lies? Or, WHO WOULD BENEFIT FROM SUCH LIE? Just read "between the lines" in the memo...
NEVER DID LAZIR BLAME ALL THE PREVIOUS SURPREME COMMANDERS, NOT EVEN PALMON, HOW MUCH MORE SIR CARMELO GEMPESAW!
Obviously, IHQ wanted Sir Carmelo to support the LIBEL case IHQ was preparing to lodge against Lazir, explained by Sir Pedro Rosito's demand upon Lazir to set aside 2 days (Lazir quickly complied, providing the dates 21-22 January 2008!) to go to IHQ and to look for a "lawyer of his trust and confidence"!
Lazir met the Cebu Knights evening of 10 January 2008 (where Sir Pedro Rosito whisphered to Lazir's right ear that the Plagiarism charge on Paras was decided in 2007 by the Supreme Council with "expulsion"! Again, why was Paras not expelled?).

Lazir can only PITY old man Esguerra, the ONLY sitting Supreme Commander whose RESPECTABILITY plunged (a la GMA?) through his (Esguerra's) own UNDOING!
Esguerra's (in)famous words "NAKAKAHIYA!" will be remembered by all well-informed Knights, worldwide!
History will be harsh upon the liar, the fake, the unwise!

- only Knight who validly, correctly, forcefully showed PROOF that the sitting KOR Supreme Commander Esguerra is both LYING & INCOMPETENT! Hence, UNDESERVING any honor to be called "Sir" or even to exalt Lazir to the next higher rank!

SUBJECT: YOUR MALICIOUS ACCUSATION OF MUSHAKE’S DONATION TO KOR and the UNBREAKABLE SILENCE OF GEMPESAW
The report is crystal clear where the money donated by Mushake went. There was date, amount of bank remittance, official receipt. The $ 5,000 claimed by you was wrong and with evil intent. The money donated was for 2003, 2004, 2005, and 2006 at EN 500 each. The donations of 2003 and 2004 went to the administration of Sir Gempesaw as he was the Supreme Commander at the time.
But Sir Gempesaw was silent. He fooled you by not telling the truth. You are shouting of corruption, writing to alniart everybody; trying to get sympathy. But sympathy you’ll never get. How many times will you kill Dr. Rizal by your lies? Gempesaw through his one-sided documents claimed of anomaly? Beyond ethical norms he sent copies of his one-sided complaint. And you like any other fool blamed people of graft.

During his time (the dark period) you were accusing him of so many things. Now both of you are singing praises in the wrong directions.

The unmasking of Sir Gempesaw continues mandate to take the cudgel of governance for the greater interest of the officers and members. In running the affairs of your chapter, you may encounter difficulties along the way. In coordinating with your region, you may tresh out differences and idiosyncracies. But always remember our principles and faith under the Rizalian principles, thoughts and teachings which shall be our guide and spirit.
Let us remember Dr. Jose Rizal and other heroes of by gone years. They lived, suffered and died in the alter of freedom so that we may live in dignity peace and prosperity.
