Serious now. Sir Klaus, you did one thing deemed respectful under the circumstances! I wanted to resign a long time ago but now decided to fight the abuses every chance I could! Now I'm really having "FUN, FUN, FUN" without having to pay US$200! (no joke!)

Soon chapters might declare independence from Manila? I believe this would be better as we can continue with our social projects of our choice and project true Rizalism, minus sending Euros/US$ to Manila!

With due respect to Sir Hilario's stature, and he may not be happy that OKR is breaking apart under his term, (but) doesn't he take a portion of the blame for letting the wrongdoers act with impunity triggering the ultimate implosion! Still, we can give him the benefit of the doubt!

Clearly, all these requests for sworn affidavits, laying accusations on the table, formalizing complaints, etc. are but Manila HQ's ploys to appease the many! They are buying time! It's a "no brainer" to decide about plagiarism!

Europe did formalize its complaints! Scarborough wrote a very polite, objective complaint letter! Sir Barry expressed his displeasure orally at the February International Assembly! Sir Hans Schoof resigned! Now Sir Klaus Hartung! What else must happen for Manila to realize that many are abandoning a sinking ship?

We were tricked once with submission of our proposals to change the By-laws in 2005 and early 2006! It was painful how Manila rammed THEIR By-Laws w/o our proposed changes! THEY ABUSED/IGNORED US SO MANY TIMES, THEY WILL JUST ABUSE US MANY MORE TIMES!

You can beat a dog first time and it might NOT fight back. Beat it a second time and it might still not fight back. Beat it a third time, and surely, it will fight back!

We are freemen, not slaves nor animals! If we let Manila HQ abuse us many times and we do nothing!, we are worse than stinky fish, morons or idiots! We members outside the Philippines are required to pay our US$ or Euros, while Manila has "FUN, FUN, FUN" no end!

Fellow Knights, if you still have a little self-respect left in yourself, ignore Manila HQ... ignore Paras - the usurper... ignore Quiambao and their illegal wishes/demands! Like William Tell, never bow to Gessler's cap on the pole at the Square! Please concentrate on your local Chapter's social projects and on true Rizalism. Let us strengthen and sharpen our Chapter's Constitution and By-Laws to use it to cut all Gordian knots coming our way!

Rise up and be counted! FIGHT for Reforms! The time has come!
