NOTICE TO THE SUPREME COUNCIL

NOTICE IS HEREBY SERVED THE SUPREME COUNCIL THAT THE FOLLOWING ACTS WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE AT AN EARLIER AND MORE OPPORTUNE TIME MUST BE DONE FORTHWITH IN ORDER TO AVERT FURTHER DAMAGE AND SAVE THE ORGANIZATION FROM DISINTEGRATION. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL BE VIEWED AS INDIFFERENCE TO THE CLAMOR FOR REASON AND WILL BE CONSIDERED AS TANTAMOUNT TO GROSS AND UNFORGIVEABLE NEGLIGENCE:

1. Ask Sir Paras (of Europe) to go on leave, appoint an Interim Region Commander for Europe; investigate the allegations; keep the members up to date on progress of investigation;

2. Ask Sirs Collantes, Cabrias, Mogado and Poblete (of Canada) to go on leave; set up an Independent Tribunal; investigate the allegations; keep the members up to date on progress of investigation;

3. Apologize to Sir Layag (of the Middle East) for his wrongful dismissal; rescind the “revocation”; and stop the splitting of the Eastern Province Community Chapter through the illegal creation of new chapters in the same geographical area.

The preceding are not to be done because the people demand so, but they must be done because common sense dictates so. They are the only reasonable, fair and practical steps to take. And taken they must be, WITHOUT ANY STRINGS ATTACHED WHATSOEVER!

The leaders in Manila must realize the fact that you were merely elected from among the membership of a PUBLIC CORPORATION. You are equal in stature with the newest “shareholder”; that the corporate body belongs to the whole body and not just the head; that you were given not privilege but responsibility, a job to do – and that is, to SERVE the membership.

This NOTICE is the expression of the will of the general membership who would like to see nothing less than the preservation of the unity and solidarity of the Knights of Rizal, and is being served through the Knights of Rizal Reform Movement. This NOTICE will expire and must therefore be fulfilled within five (5) business days from date of transmission.
