GOVERNMENT MONOPOLY OF JUSTICE

THE ELITES ARE NOT STUPID ENOUGH TO STOP THE SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENT CORRUPTION IN THE PHILIPPINES. IT IS THE MEANS BY WHICH THEY CAN BUY ALL THE EXPENSIVE MANSIONS AND CONDOS AROUND METRO MANILA.

The basic cause of government corruption is GOVERNMENT MONOPOLY OF JUSTICE (GMofJ). GMofJ is a system of justice where all legal matters, criminal or civil, are decided solely or exclusively by judges or investigators or lawyers, the so-called "Elites" of Society who are all under the control of powerful public officials or wealthy powerful corrupt elements of society.

The other way to describe GMofJ is that it is a justice system wherein ordinary common citizens or people in the private sector have no voice (or vote) in legal matters in court or investigation rooms of the government. The common people are nothing but passive observers of what the Elites of Society are doing regardless of whether what these elites are doing, like stealing government funds, awarding large amount of pork barrels and allowances unto themselves at the expense and suffering the common people. All the common people can do is parade in dusty streets to voice out their disgust but with little effect upon the actuations of the Elites until finally the government can no longer save funds for putting up public work projects and ultimately employment opportunities for the people are all gone and dried up. All the people can do then is go to other countries to work like slaves in order to send money to their starving families back home.

Before poor Filipino workers can leave to work in overseas, they are first bilked by corrupt immigration officials and employment agencies who are in cahoots with government officials. The poor Filipino workers can not complain even if they are bilked, or if ever they complain, they will never win their case because the Government Monopoly of Justice System will ALWAYS decide to favor the crooks who are the fronts and protegees, or tong collection agents, of those who control the GMofJ system.

Well, for as long as we will allow this GMofJ system to exist, there is no way government corruption will stop. Pasinsiya na lamang kayong mga hindi "elites". Hindi para sa inyo ang hustisya. PHILIPPINE JUSTICE IS FOR SALE TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER.

PLATINUM CARD = PLATINUM RULE = GOVERNMENT MONOPOLY OF JUSTICE by the Ruling Class of the so-called Philippine Democratic Society, a democracy of thieves of society elites.

This is why I have been advocating the adoption of the Grand Jury and Trial Jury systems so that we can dismantle this government monopoly. By so doing, instead of occupying the Supreme Court (or EDSA, the boulevard of broken dreams), the Grand Jury shall simply secretly investigate inside the secret grand jury room and indict, if probable cause is found by the Grand Jury, any corrupt official, regardless of who he is in the Supreme Court or in the Senate or in the House of Lords(?) or in the Office of the President who abuses his "PLATINUM CARD".

The old adage holds true: "BIRDS OF THE SAME FEATHERS FLOCK TOGETHER". A crow is a crow is a crow, is a cr........

Let us start collecting signatures for the "People Empowerment Initiative" to enact by public initiative the installation of the National Jury System regardless of what the President say about his Justice Reform plans. We can be sure that such a plan will still be more "Government Monopoly Empowerment". Such a reform may be good only during the term of PNoy, unless it is the jury adoption that we have been recommending to him, so that after his term is over, we, the common people will still be treated like second class citizens by this Government Monopoly of Justice where only the "PLATINUM CARD HOLDERS" can benefit from.

If we cannot enact the jury system nationally for the entire country, let us enact one locally for the City of Manila, or for Quezon City, so that any public official performing his public duties abusively in this jurisdictions can still be taken care of by their local jury systems.

For easy understanding how the jury system works, please browse the jury diagram in the web site below:
