Former President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo is on hot seat after former Governor Zaldy Ampatuan of the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) and former Maguindanao Election Supervisor Lintang Bedol offer a testimony about the alleged cheating in the province. The door for investigation related to the last 2004 presidential election is reopened.

The wife of late Fernando Poe Jr., Susan Roces said the proclamation of the true winner on the presidential election 2004 is no longer important because her husband already passed away. Roces, “This should never happen again…we have waited for this a long time. Let the people who know details about this issue finally come out.”

Poe’s campaign spokesperson, Sen. Francis Escudero mentioned the possibility of being posthumously declared winner of the 2004 presidential election if the evidence would prove the said fraud.

Comelec chief Sexto Brillantes confirmed and said FPJ won on 2004 presidential election.
