By the way, I have to mention that MOST of those Germans who resigned from KOR-Germany were ACTIVE members of the Wilhelmsfeld-Heidelberg Chapter, practically handing a paralyzing effect considering that they were very dynamic members! It is a pathetic sight to see so many vacant seats during meetings. And consider too that Wilhelmsfeld-Heidelberg member Knights are strewn all over Germany, some as far as 300-400 kms away! Other than that, this Wilhelmsfeld-Heidelberg chapter has a long history of being a chapter to be with! (When Sir Lucien was assigned to NATO in Heidelberg as a Belgian intelligence officer, he was a distinguished member of this illustrious chapter!)
When Paras the FAKE got officially appointed, setting aside the previous official appointment of very able KGOR Sir Lucien Spittael (he's also one of the Resource persons in Las Vegas, one Rizalist researcher who discovered historical mistakes about Dr Jose Rizal in his many years of hard work trying to verify historical facts as well as going after the hobby he immensely loved -- kindly say "Hi!" to Sir Lucien as well...), Lazir wanted to quit!
But when Sir Klaus Hartung resigned, Lazir then decided to start asking valid questions about what this KOR really is, what it stands for, what its goals are, how it affects Philippine society, etc. Nothing special really, but that's the mark of a true Rizalist: ask valid questions of the hour, look for solutions to common world problems, move others with mind and ideas, effect CHANGE, communicate...!
Being the lone Pinoy member amid a group of honorable and able German Knights, some as I said possessing the great distinction of being direct descendants of Dr Rizal's close friends, Lazir felt GREAT SHAME that Council of Elders member Quiambao and a Supreme Commander like Esguerra would degrade themselves, if not bring SHAME to the European KOR (and the KOR world!) set aside a very good choice in the person of Sir Lucien Spittael, replaced by one Belgian Pinoy who has no idea nor the slightest hint at all as to what he got himself into! OK, Paras might have been good providing for Quiambao's child staying in the Paras household. But, excuse me, such is not the qualification to make Paras KR, KOR, or KGOR! The devastating effects to KOR Europe (even KOR World) still are omnipresent, 4 years later!
Have you tried communicating with Guansing, the incumbent KOR Regional Commander (kuno?) for Europe? Lazir wonders how Guansing got re-appointed? Is Guansing the compromise choice or Quiambao's pick (again)? Must we still kowtow to Quiambao, who brought so much trouble and pain to this KOR?
Guansing might be with the Philippine consulate in Europe, but what does that bring? What other notable qualification is he bringing to KOR to move this once-illustrious organization FORWARD, instead of BACKWARD? It was reported to Lazir that the same Guansing called European Pinoy Knights once, proposing that Paras get KGCR and become able Mushake's replacement as Overseer of the entire Europe Region! Why the idea is PALPAK Sir Ralph? Paras will become "DISABLED", not necessarily physically, but making Paras ABLE Mushake's replacement will make him the proverbial last straw upon the camel's back that will deliver the last nail upon a KOR coffin! Who wants this to happen? Dr Sir Pablo Trillana or Samuela, the lying/fact-twisting Supreme Pursuivant?
Try also communicating with Paras, just to see if he could bring "light" to the darkness he spread upon Europe with his "Filipino Muna" strategy that he designed to bring the European KOR Knights "CLOSE TO ONE ANOTHER" that ultimately created the exact OPPOSITE, namely, DESTROY the good relations of many European Knights, sowing more DISCONTENT that even proved TOO HOT to handle for a Supreme commander and reportedly Rizal provincial administrator Esguerra! Is that not pathetic and lame to simply sit as Supreme Commander for 4 long years (2006-2010) but leaving a MESS worse than what a bunch of Kindergarten kids could? Some might even be tempted to ask which one is the Kindergarten? (With apologies to real Kindergarten kids who mostly know what they do, with or without supervision, even if they haven't gone to basic school yet!)
The best way to silence unfavorable, unpallatable criticisms is by doing the correct, right, legal, wise and good THING...for the KOR!
