READ: A leaked memo of Movement against Tyranny calling out to join pre-rally, shocking activities included

From a vocal social media activist and a known pro President Rodrigo Duterte supporter, Mark Lopez shared a leaked memo from the Movement against Tyranny (MAT).

The said group is allegedly aiming to launch a rally on September 21 to end the drug killings and the “tyranny and fascism” of the administration.

In the said memo, MAT was calling out for its members and aspiring ones to join their pre-rally in preparation for the major rally.

The letter was only forwarded through the Facebook account of Mr. Lopez, its authenticity has not yet been validated as of this writing.
