PUT A STOP UPON CROOKED WAYS!!!

Being nice, polite, respectful COULD also bring EXPULSION, if you are NOT A FRIEND of Quiambao or Esguerra or Samuela!

Allcon,

When Lazir's language gets tough, think of Simoun in the Fili!

Remember too, if Lazir is combative (for he's not into HATE MAILS, as claimed by some trying to DEFLECT ATTENTION from the evildoers, trying to find a SCAPEGOAT in Lazir), it's because he's not a diplomat, but a trained ANALYST and OBSERVER! As long as he writes TRUTHfully, fine with him.

Sir Jun Zerrudo, Canada, was always so POLITE, RESPECTFUL, full of REVERENCE for others (even upon those he knew were abusing their position/s!), used TACTFUL language, and the like, same way some wish Lazir to similarly write.

Why was he EXPELLED before Paras, in 2008???, although the Supreme Council "decision in 2007 (!!!) was for Paras' dismissal", per Sir Pedro Rosito, KGOR, then Supreme Pursuivant, RY 2006-2008, as he whispered in Lazir's right ear, January 2008, Cebu?

WHY?
WHY? (So, being so nice, won't get any POSITIVE response from IHQ at all, but EXPULSION too!)
WHY?

Paras plagiarized/faked reports/copied Andres Bonifacio's "Huling Paalam" "in toto", and so on and so forth, per compiled WRITTEN, SIGNED, NOTARIZED, FORMAL complaint, filed by Sir Klaus Hartung, former European Regional Commander, following the directive of Sir Hilario Davide, Jr.

Anent thereto, Ms Kits Bougenhout, a recognized community Leader in Belgium, likewise submitted her own WRITTEN complaint vs. Paras, also submitted to IHQ.

Therefore, Lazir only has to WRITE, REPORT his observations (his case is IMMATERIAL, compared to the SUFFERING AND DAMAGE caused the KOR, DIRECTLY attributable to the crooked ways of Quiambao/Esguerra/Samuela), WITHOUT having to SUBMIT anything, not even a single document!

IHQ's FAULT, BLAME Supreme Commander's INCOMPETENCE, if even hand-carried documents, unpalatable to some, DISAPPEAR in Manila!!!

Lazir is the reporter/writer, NOT THE ONE WHO STARTED this circus! The CROOKED WAYS of Quiambao/Esguerra/Samuela begun it all!

WHY NOT ASK THE ABUSERs TO STOP THEIR EVIL WAYS??? WHY ask the reporter to STOP writing?

Independent minded Sir Rainer so eloquently observed, thus:

"... namely the need for criticism and reforms in our Order and the mismanagement, misbehaviour and violation of the ideas of José Rizal by some of our Superiors, who cover all the problems within the Order with a thick layer of icing consisting of harmony, “fun” and pomp. All these, however, cause so MUCH DAMAGE to our Order and to the spirit of José Rizal. (words capitalized by Lazir for emphasis!)

Lazir composes his writings in a very logical manner. Wrong advice to tell Lazir to STOP!

PUT A STOP UPON CROOKED WAYS!!!

For country and people!

Dear Sir Rainer,

dont be amazed I am not trying anything. But I see no need to write about things that I dont have a hand in and or have no evidence and or need to go in to. Lazir is writing on matters that he claims to know of, i dont know and since he cant arress them in the proper forum where he could get proper answers and so on he is not. There must be a reason behind why he has yet to solve his problem.

I would never get expelled if I thought I was right. I would face the seniors with what I have and with witnesses from around the world and or various back grounds.

Is there a need for criticism. Lazir claims he has a case, the whole of Europe is not supporting him. They are ready to hear him and then question me on why i want him to stop but yet the never have been involved to support him. The man is a lone today and will be forever.

I see your statement about Filipinos not understanding the slow speed of change as strange and not right at all. With all due respect, the Philippines is a new democracy, it will take time to understand and accept and be like a democracy that has been in place for hundreds of years. Dont expect change overnight.

We should not compare people today with Jose Rizal, the man was not normal. His writing tell us he had a large vision, a brain that understood how to see the present and future and understand his people like I have not seen in anyone. This is one reason I liked to join OKOR. I am confident to say that I have not seen anyone (including me as I am very very far from being anything like Jose Rizal) that can consider themselves as thinking like Jose Rizal.

We as Knights must try to be like him, teach others about him and his works, and imbed in the young the ways of Rizal. Jose Rizal wrote “Why independence when the slaves of today will be the tyrants of tomorrow“ we understand what is the true meaning of this perhaps we call know a lot more than we do today.

What would Rizal have done you ask! Well we dont know. But I guess he would have confronted face to face the leaders in Manila and not at any time hurt his own group. His writing were always polite and never hate writings.

In your last para you're angry with me, why? I have not asked for promotion and or need it. If the seniors think I deserve great if not its fine. Just for your info, several of my close Knights think I support Lazir, and I do. But not in your way. I support him acting correctly and advising him to stop being rude. Why don't you write the rude emails to IHQ and let Lazir sit in the dark. You wont do that.

Rest assured that regardless of any promotion I will continue to to tell him to be polite and go and address his problem in the IHQ. He is after all the only one complaining. The man's alone, and now expelled.

Some talk about the cost of plane tickets to go to Manila and complaln, I think that the Manila seniors were in Europe for a Regional Conference just a while back, why not you all address your matters then.

Give the Order a break, advise knights to do the right thing and not to get himself in hot water. If you read his emails, he actually thinks he is JPR, and he is not... and never will be....

Its time Sir that you and the seniors there advised him and suported him to do whatever he wants in the right way.

Just for the records, the SC copied this email, I feel he is not reading such emails. We are after all just repeating the same over and over again.

Dear Sir Zane,

thank you for your mail. Let me finish our short correspondence with a final couple of sentences.

It is really amazing, admirable and worth copying how you are trying in your mails to me to concentrate on Lazir only, and how you have perfectly managed to avoid writing anything about my actually more important issues and complaints, namely the need for criticism and reforms in our Order and the mismanagement, misbehaviour and violation of the ideas of José Rizal by some of our Superiors, who cover all the problems within the Order with a thick layer of icing consisting of harmony, “fun” and pomp. All this, however, causes so much damage to our Order and to the spirit of José Rizal.

What would he have said to all this?

He as a Filipino would not “understand the ways and the (slow) speed of acceptance of a change” (as you are writing), if that meant leaving things as they are and doing nothing, as we are experiencing it in our Order at the moment.

In 1890 José Rizal wrote about and against the “Indolence of the Filipinos” and he did not accept a certain mentality as a bad excuse for lethargy, inertia and “indolence”. He demanded change (not only in a far away future or “In A Century Hence”!), and he had to die for this, as all Superiors (then and now) do not like that. A “century” is long over in the Philippines since then, and, I am sure, he would still (have to) criticize the same old illnesses.

We as Knights of Rizal should ask ourselves (and also our fellow Knights): “What would José Rizal have said or done?”

But I suppose, our Superiors will love you for your “understanding” and for writing those letters to me, and “thanks to God” (or to somebody else) you may soon be promoted.

Good luck and best wishes.

Non Omnis Moriar,

Rainer J. Weber
