Let's simplify the arguments:
Lawyers are trained to be LOGICAL, Quiambao/Samuela know this.
If a lawyer does wrong (trampling upon RA 646) and "burns his fingers", why blame Lazir, who merely wrote about it? (Is it wrong to write about a neighbor who suffered 3-finger burns, touching a hot pot?)
A lawyer ought to know his law, or he's a bad lawyer, if not IGNORANT OF THE LAW!
A lawyer INSULTS/HUMILIATES himself if he tramples upon RA 646 (or any law)! Lawyers are Court Officers and must ACT beyond suspicion! So, they should be part of the SOLUTION, not become part of the problem!
And the solution is: those who did WRONG must admit it and compensate the victim, if not apologize for the wrong done, with a promise to NOT REPEAT the same mistake. If he gets caught doing wrong, his fault, not the writer's!
To blame Lazir for reporting what happened, calling his FACTUAL writing "INSULT UPON OTHERS" is TWISTING facts!
One who reads bad e-mails from Lazir's FACTUAL writing might have "tube" vision...
Lazir is not MAKING any story, the WRONGDOERS MAKE THE STORY and Lazir reports about their bad deeds!
IHQ would be pleased if "out of the limelight" for wrongdoing. Now, that's not TOLERANCE, but IRRESPONSIBILITY, MISMANAGEMENT and INCOMPETENCE!
If they can't do their job right, why accept/take it? Are they PROUD as Knights to trample upon the Law, when no one is above it?
If Esguerra were civil, he could have admitted some of his mistakes and apologized for wrongdoing (like for CONFIRMING the un-Rizalian Paras appointment, un-Rizalian exaltation of Alcoba, etc.) a long time ago.
Letting it drag for 2 years is un-Rizalian, not COMPETENCE! Blaming Lazir is un-Rizalian and switching the FOCUS away from wrongdoers, to Lazir! Why switch the focus AWAY from ABUSER?
For a promotion? To what? KGOR?
