On 02 Feb 2009, the same PPPlueckebaum attempted to destroy if not muzzle Lazir with a despicable, un-Rizalian e-mail FULL OF LIES, claiming among others, "permanent spamming"; "mass mails spread untrue and unproven alligations"; his "wish for privacy" not respected; ignored request to remove him "several times"; mails "spread around during normal office hours"; "receipt...is the more disgusting"; "call to order" Lazir; implying negative "affects" to "image of the US Army in Europe."

Congratulations! For his advise to Lazir to "not seek the applause of others" and before February 2009 ended, venomous and liar PP Plueckebaum got KGOR/sash from KOR IHQ! A special reward for an almost debilitating and dastardly act? Deserving per RA 646, KOR By-Laws & the Manual? Lapdog of Esguerra, author of "How to be un-Rizalian" in April 2007?
