HOW TO BE UN-RIZALIAN

To all concerned,

Here's another glaring example of abuse! Proof that not because some "leader" said do this or that, means the action was right, legal, correct, wise! A parallel to these are the corrupt, wrong, questionable, abusive, illegal KGOR promotions of Paras, Guansing, Plueckebaum, Alcoba, Nollas even if IHQ approved, even if Esguerra/Quiambao personally pinned the medals!

The KOR Manual says:

Fourth Degree - Knight Grand Officer of Rizal

A Knight Grand Officer of Rizal (KGOR) is one who has been conferred the second highest degree of the Order. Any Knight of Rizal or any person who has performed an outstanding achievement for the Philippines or for the Order, may be conferred the degree of Knight Grand Officer of Rizal by the Supreme Council.


Therefore, what
1) meritorious act?
2) outstanding achievement for the Philippines?
3) outstanding achievement for the Order?

did these five: Paras, Guansing, Plueckebaum, Alcoba, Nollas do?

The following acts attributed to the five names above do not seem MERITORIOUS nor could they be classified as OUTSTANDING ACHIEVEMENTS for the Philippines or for the KOR in the true sense of the word:

- fake reports to Manila?
- traitorous (Quisling-like?) denunciation of Faith Bautista to Belgian DFA or of Lazir to his superiors?
- untrue reported P2.0 Million "coordination" of donation to the needy?
- the plagiarized book of Jose Baron Fernandez which got renamed "Born to be a Hero"?
- the verbatim copy of Andres Bonifacio's Tagalog translation of "Mi Ultimo Adios"?
- the proposal to make Paras replace Mushake as "Overall Coordinator for Europe" or "Manila IHQ Special Adviser for Europe"?
- the promise to set-up an effective European KOR Ethics Committee that up to now never investigated racists Paras & Alcoba?
- writing the Preface for "Born to be a Hero"?
- asking Sir Peter Eisele about the size of the hole on his head?
- insulting Sir Barry Bowman?
- writing/submitting a Petition with false claims March 2001 to Quiambao in order to exalt Paras to KGOR?
- keeping silent about Paras abuses, if not consenting to abusive acts of Paras?
- keeping Quiambao's son in one's household for many months?
- keeping silent about Quiambao and Esguerra acts, if not consenting to abusive acts of this duo that are inimical to the Order?
- filing invented accusations against Lazir and other honorable Knights?
- denying that Paras was a gardener in Belgium?

If KOR has a competent Supreme Commander, a competent Supreme Council, and a competent and able Council of Elders, he/it would take action to take back erroneously-given awards, citations, exaltations, promotions, positions, ranks WITHOUT DELAY! Who is blocking this/these during their regular sessions?

Not doing so negatively reflects upon the KOR organization as a whole! This abuse manifested itself in the accusation that Moreno ought to be expelled for giving SHAME to the KOR for writing in 2006 or 2007!

How about the SHAME that Quiambao, Paras and Nollas brought upon the KOR organization, long before RY 2006-2007? Didn't Nollas lie in his 05 March 2001 petition to Quiambao? Didn't Quiambao personally exalt fake KGOR-candidate Paras in Florida April 2001, to KGOR? Didn't Quiambao reportedly encourage Paras (and his boys?) to put up a KOR Chapter within 2 days(!) after Paras suffered a debacle trying to gain control of El Filibusterismo Chapter, Belgium when his group lost in the Chapter elections? Paras wouldn't have tried this trick, if no one from IHQ prodded or encouraged him!

How about the SHAME that Esguerra brought to the KOR for not correcting the wrong, as Supreme Commander? He got caught lying, in writing, but he never even issued any apologies! Lying and talking Rizalism are totally incongruent things. Will he claim he didn't know what Alcoba did so he personally exalted the proven racist (Alcoba) July 2007 in Paris to KGOR?

Well, wasn't he the same Virgilio Esguerra who authored "How to be UnRizalian" where he lied he's against racism? Wasn't this same Esguerra the writer of the letter to Sir Jun Zerrudo, April 2007, where he said he doesn't tolerate "vulgar and indecent words in KOR"? Yet in about 3 months, he personally promoted vulgar writer Alcoba to KGOR!

We all must not forget this on 19 June 2009 as we pay tribute to the Great Malayan, Dr Jose Rizal.

There are lots of FAKES in the KOR, headed by and including Rogelio Quiambao and Virgilio Esguerra in Manila! FAKE because they talk nicely of the national hero, but they promote ideas that run counter to the ideas and teachings of Dr Jose Rizal.

Proof are the FAKE KGORs in Europe: Paras, Guansing, Plueckebaum, Alcoba, Nollas!
