How could IHQ appoint one that reportedly was swindling people of their hard-earned money, here in Germany? Is that Rizalism?

Is this how bad Rizalism under Quiambao/Esguerra has become?

How true is the report that Quiambao asked for a percentage (30%?) to facilitate/help bring out German containers thru Philippine customs near the IHQ? Probably unable/refusing to pay, the two German businessmen reportedly went bankrupt when they couldn't start their Philippine business because their hospital wares/equipments got stuck in the pier!

The questions Rizalists should ask about IHQ corruption boil down to:

1. What has Rizalism to do with asking for percentage fees?

2. Does anyone at IHQ accept money, in exchange for a higher exaltation?

3. Or why should it be PRESSING of IHQ to nominate/appoint COLORFUL men with SHADY characters to KGOR/KGCR or Deputy positions?

4. Doesn't Quiambao openly campaign for "lifetime memberships" and MORE OF THE SAME?
...where funds go STRAIGHT to IHQ, by-passing the Chapter?

5. If the approx. Euro 5,000 Mushake donation is still UNACCOUNTED for till today (THANKS to Esguerra!), how are lifetime membership funds handled in the KOR "Books of Accounts" under the current "leadership"?

6. Where does it say in RA 646 no one may question abusive IHQ practices/appointments?

Think of fake Paras, racist Alcoba, unqualified Guansing/Nollas and their FAILED "Filipino Muna" policy IHQ supported to the hilt RY 2006-2008, even cancelling the previous appointment of much-qualified Sir Lucien Spittael, about 1-2 weeks after its issuance!

OK, it appears IHQ slowed down a bit, after Lazir started reporting! They then appointed European deputies for Europe and Belgium RY 2008-2010. Or did they really slow down?

Reports coming to Lazir picture an IHQ appointee who supposedly represented PAG-IBIG Fund in Germany, where some countrymen entrusted their funds, but that none
came out of it, although they hold some sort of a (bogus?) passbook or ledger?

Would you feel good, if after remitting monthly premiums for months or so, hoping to borrow funds for a housing loan back home later, then get told your account doesn't exist in PAG-IBIG Manila office?

If you complain in Germany, you are told to see PAG-IBIG Manila?! If you complain in PAG-IBIG Manila, you are told to "see the Germany representative"?

Then this alleged IHQ appointment naming the person Deputy Area Commander-Germany? (He used to be Europe Area Commander RY 1999-2000 when Quiambao was Supreme Commander and Sir Barry Bowman was Deputy Area Commander, Europe! At that time, there was no Europe REGION yet!)

The witnesses are real persons who talked to Lazir/Lazir talked to, in case a confrontation is needed about the story.

Lazir wished to first personally confront the person himself, but the guy didn't proceed to the restaurant for coffee, after Mushake's burial! He simply drove away after cemetery rites! He organized the Hessen Chapter that suddenly SPROUTED from the ground, only to disappear, "ningas-kugon" style, so abruptly as it came!

Rizalists worldwide, we can practice Rizalism in conformity with Universal laws as well as RA 646 calling us all to propagate Dr Jose Rizal's idealism and his teachings! We don't need a corrupt Quiambao nor listen to an incompetent/inept Esguerra to do a good job!

Even as Lazir continues exposing violators of Sec 4, RA 646, let's not lose focus on Rizalism!
