CONFIRM:TOTOONG PLANADO ANG PAGPATAY KAY DILG SEC.NA SI JESSE ROBREDO DAHIL SA DRUG LIST NA ISINUMITI KAY PANOY.WATCH!
by Today In Manila PH 4:45 AM
According to the Facebook page of the anonymous group, 'We Are Collective' (WAC), on that 'fateful day in August 2012' Jesse allegedly collected payoffs before the plane crash happened.
On that fateful day in August 2012, nang bumagsak ang eroplano ni Jesse sa karagatan ng Masbate, galing sya Cebu to attend a PNP event.Truth is nangolekta si Tito mo kaya from commercial bigla nagbook ng chartered flight.
WAC also believed that what happened to Jesse that day was purely an accident.
Aksidente talaga yung nangyari. Karma nga sa wari namin.
Before you know it, Jesse is a saint. The consensus is shared by everyone and everybody seemed satisfied with the outcome.
To know more about this issue, kindly read the entire post of WAC about Jesse's death. It's a lengthy exposé so please take time in reading this and decide if it is worth believing.
EXCERPTS: PART 4 OF 6
Next up: Drugs. It was the same scenario. There was an internal struggle kung sino makakuha ng mas malaking slice of the pie.
On that fateful day in August 2012, nang bumagsak ang eroplano ni Jesse sa karagatan ng Masbate, galing sya Cebu to attend a PNP event.Truth is nangolekta si Tito mo kaya from commercial bigla nagbook ng chartered flight.
E di ba pahumble effect sya at sumasakay ng bus kunwari at nagcocommercial flight lang tuwing uuwi sa Naga e bakit nung araw na yun biglang nagchartered flight sya?
May dalang datung at nung bumagsak ang eroplano may nagkalat daw na kwarta sa dagat kaya nagpanic mode sila Mar at PNoy (more about this on Deception Part 2).
Damage control muna sina Mar at kung lumabas ang totoo damay damay sila lahat nila PNoy kahit nagoonsehan sila sa loob. That's the reason it took them so long to recover Jesse's body. They were more busy sa damage control (kung paano patatahimikin yung mga mangingisda dun at babayaran ang media para mag black out) than hanapin ang bangkay ni Tito Jesse. It took them several days to get to the plane and they controlled the situation kasi nga hindi nila alam kung ano makakalkal dun deep beneath the ocean.
Dun na pumasok yung balita na pinapasok nila Puno at Pagdilao yung condo ni Jesse sa Lansbergh Place (which he owns - yung buong building ha at hindi lang yung condo unit nya dahil dummy nya lang yung pinalalabas na may-ari).
Sponsor
Aksidente talaga yung nangyari. Karma nga sa wari namin. Pero napaka sensitive nung sitwasyon para pabayaan nila Mar, Ochoa at PNoy kaya nagjoint force sila to orchestrate the COVER UP OF THE DECADE.
Enter PNoy's spin doctors and they were able to successfully veer the attention of the public sa mga anomalyang kinasasangkutan nila and towards Jesse's humble and inspiring backstory. Through a massive PR and spin campaign, the accident turned into a telenovela with people eagerly anticipating what will happen next and all kinds of tributes coming from all directions hailing Jesse as a reformer and a truly exceptional leader.
Before you know it, Jesse is a saint. The consensus is shared by everyone and everybody seemed satisfied with the outcome.
And it even turned into an opportunity for PNoy and his cohorts na maipuslit yung ibang agenda nila without the scrutiny of the public.
Sereno was the sole dissenting opinion doon sa Hacienda Luisita ruling - a landmark decision which cost Renato Corona his head.
He needed to control the judiciary and there was no other way to ensure that but to appoint Sereno as Chief Justice.
Napakalalim ng pulitika and you'd be stupid if you believe what mainstream media feeds the public and take their stories hook, line and sinker. Maraming nagaganap behind the scenes kung saan blind ang publiko.
In the end we tend to believe what they want us to believe, while the truth remains buried.
Magkaroon man lang kayo ng ibang perspective about the story. We don't expect you guys to believe us outright pero ito isipin nyo:
Kung talagang biktima si Jesse at walang kinalaman sa mga anomalya e ano ginawa nya noong panunungkulan nya? Bakit sya nagpagamit at hindi nagsalita? Kelangan ba me sumingaw muna bago ka aamin kagaya ng nangyari kay Argosino at Robles?
It cannot be presumed that Jesse tried to solve the problem when he is a big part of it. Sya ang DILG Secretary at kahit ano man sabihin mo sa kanya na mabait syang tao at the end of the day susukatin mo sya sa ginawa nya. Even Pablo Escobar was a good father and devout family man.
E ano ba nagawa nya?
We rest our case.
Malamang nasuhulan o tinakot.
At the end of the day, ang biktima ay ang katotohanan.
CONFIRMED ► Most of PH Media outlets are receiving Millions to destroy Duterte
DAPITAN CITY, Philippines (UPDATED) – “They will fail.”
This is what Cabinet Secretary Leoncio B. Evasco said of alleged plans of Liberal Party members and some elite businessmen out to topple President Rodrigo Duterte.
Speaking on Friday, during the induction ceremony of new officers of Zamboanga del Norte United Correspondents (ZNUC) – a group of local media practitioners here, Evasco said that no amount of talking would bring about destabilization. Plotters, he said, "have to have an armed component" to pursue their plans.
"So karon, sigi silang pagkumbinsi sa military ug pulis, kini si (Senator Antonio) Trillanes (IV), nga mo-apil sa ilang kausa pagpukan ni Duterte," Evasco said. (Now, they are convincing the military and police, this Senator Antonio Trillanes IV, to join in their cause to topple Duterte.)
The Cabinet secretary explained that the so-called elite in Manila identified with the Liberal Party could not accept that they would be defeated by somebody who comes from Mindanao.
"That's because they look down on us, they did not know that our minds were molded by our experiences, our studies, and our outlook of life that the elite don't have," Evasco said.
He added that the elite group first tried to destroy Duterte at the grassroots level by using the media, riding on issues of summary killings, extrajudicial killings, and the burial of former president Ferdinand Marcos.
"Sad to say, there are a lot of media practitioners who succumbed to the temptation of money. And we are talking of millions of pesos here," Evasco said.
Evasco added that plans for the coup attempt fizzled out, and the group went international, which is why, he said, American President Barack Obama, United Nations (UN) Secretary General Ban Ki-moon and the European Union want to investigate Duterte on human rights amid the rising number of drug-related killings in the Philippines.
"And it was good they did it because it was an opportunity for (President) Duterte to enunciate his independent foreign policy," he added. "By being rich, America or the European Union or the UN have no right to tell us what is good for us. In pursuing an independent foreign policy, you must be a friend to everybody. And if the President is resisting the bullying of our supposed friend, the United States, it doesn't mean we are already aligning with the opposite, China or Russia."
Evasco also said that those who are against Duterte are now saying he is a communist to scare people and entice the military and police to join them by engaging in armed adventurism.
"But I want to tell you, my people in Dapitan and Zamboanga del Norte, they will fail, because anything you do – if it benefits the people – it will never be toppled down," Evasco said.
Trillanes dismissed the allegation as "absolutely not true." He said they were "nothing but a misdirection from the political backlash the Duterte administration has been getting as a result of its bloody war on drugs."
Trillanes also said, "President Duterte brought the crisis upon himself when he started killing his own people. It was made worse by the series of diplomatic blunders and controversial statements by the President himself."
Evasco reminded media practitioners in Zamboanga del Norte to be true to their chosen field of service: "The government and media have no other masters except the people. Tell the truth, defend the voiceless and the oppressed. That is not easy, a lot of your colleagues were killed for doing that."
"But whatever it takes to tell and defend the truth, you face it because you committed to be media persons," Evasco said.

Thursday, March 30, 2017 / by Melissa Garcia-Guma
A netizen criticized the National Union of Journalists in the Philippines after the latter released a statement that President Rodrigo Duterte was abusing his immense power, after he called the Philippine Daily Inquirer and ABS-CBN "garbage".
Ram Labra in his Facebook page asked the NUJP if they have ever contributed anything to the country.
"Bago kayo naging journalists, you are first Filipinos. Right? Kahit mamatay kayo sa paging journalist ninyo, ANU NAGAWA NINYO SA BAYAN BILANG MAMAMAYAN? Now, ikonek natin sa propesyon ninyo, BILANG JOURNALISTS, anu ang naiambag ninyo sa bayan ninyo?" he said.
Labra said that if the NUJP was in fact doing its duty, why was there no help from their part in Duterte's drug war?
He said that the NUJP claimed to have conducted researches about the problem during the past administration and even threw hits at then President Benigno Aquino III, yet chose to stay silent at the present when Duterte is fighting the illegal drug trade.
Labra reminded the NUJP that their duty is to side with the common good and rid the news of biases.
He said even non journalists could tell that there is bias in the news articles of ABS-CBN and Inquirer, in which both focus on their own interpretations of President's statements instead of getting into the truths he is saying.
He said the nation is now going against the mainstream media, which is why there is less credibility for both agencies for the public now.
"Kung nasaktan kayo sa pagmumura ng Pangulo sa ABS-CBN at Philippine Daily Inquirer, for certain the best and proper reaction of an intelligent journalist is to first question why and then find out why, then give the balance and neutral conclusion." he said.
"But for the intrinsically bias journalist, they stick to the cursing and being foulmouthed of the President, made these as the focal point of their reaction and eventually avoid to dig the bottom line, avoid to dissect the cause and root cause of the issue." he added.
He said the people accept the President as he is, yet refuse to accept the biases of the print industry.
"Because it is easier to accept foulmouthed person standing in truth, and for the truth THAN TO ACCEPT people pretending in Truth but servants of lies and deceit."
The NUJP in their statement said that Duterte's mouth is getting the best of him and that his rants against ABS-CBN and Inquirer were "absolutely twisted"-
There has yet to be a reply from the administration regarding the statement.

Philippines as Most Reformed Country after Duterte Took Over
On Thursday, Philippine Statistics Authority released a report as Gross Domestic Product (GDP) grew year-on-year by 7.1 percent in the third quarter of 2016 which is higher than the growth rates of 7.0 percent in the second quarter of 2016.
Makati City, Philippines |
This economy growth is driven by Manufacturing, Trade, and Real Estate, Renting and Other Business Activities.
"With the country’s projected population reaching 103.5 million in the third quarter of 2016, per capita GDP and per capita GNI grew by 5.3 percent and 4.6 percent, respectively. These are both higher than the respective growth of 4.4 percent and 4.5 percent in 2015", PSA noted.
NEDA Undersecretary Rosemarie G. Edillon mentioned during an interview at The Heritage Hotel, "We are the fastest-growing among major Asian emerging economies that have already released data for the quarter. We are higher than China’s 6.7 percent, Vietnam’s 6.4 percent, Indonesia’s 5.0 percent, and Malaysia’s 4.3 percent. From the supply or production side, we are happy to note the recovery signs of agriculture, which is one of the major development priorities of this administration."
President Rodrigo Duterte has promised the Filipino people that they will experience change in the economy reducing hunger and poverty. Strengthened partnership with Asia-Pacific region allies like Japan and China, has brought positive effect to the economy. As a result, the President has maintained these countries as PH top trading partners.
Likewise, while reforms on peace and order, war on drugs, has been strictly implemented, it somehow brought more solid economic development programs in the country.

Well-known Magazine Editor-in-Chief to CNN: Shame on you for twisting facts and creating your own version of reality
On Monday, Christine Cunanan, publisher and editor-in-chief of a well-known travel magazine posted about 'the unforgivable bias of mainstream media'.
According to Christine, everyone should beware of the mainstream media or just boycott it.
"Folks, I hope you're aware of how biased the news you're reading in the newspapers and online are. Most mainstream media are reporting with very distinct angles to suit their own agendas," said Ms. Cunanan.
She added, "Most local media are aligned with anti-Duterte forces (aka as the previous administration) or are being pressured by the conservatives and the Church."
Read the full post below:
THE UNFORGIVABLE BIAS OF MAINSTREAM MEDIA
So I get online this morning and on CNN's news site there's an article by someone named Buena Bernal about the anti-Duterte protests with the headline "Philippine protesters condemn drug war on anniversary of uprising."
Ms. Bernal and biased CNN, whatever happened to reporting the entire picture and including what happened on the other side? Ms. Bernal, did you actually go to journalism school and were you paying attention during the lectures on ethics?
THE PUNY VS. THE POWERFUL
Sure, there was an EDSA rally over the weekend. But it was an incredibly pitiful showing of "force" considering the massive campaigns of the Church, the Yellows and academic communities like the Ateneo (my alma mater) to get people to show up at EDSA and rally against #DU30.
In contrast, the pro-#Duterte rally at Luneta was a huge outpouring of people from all walks of life -- and not one peep about this on CNN news site. At least as far as I could see. There's a column of headlines on the side that you can click, and the anti-Duterte protest article was right up there.
And this Ms. Bernal didn't even think to mention anything about the pro-Duterte rally, focusing instead on this puny rally in EDSA.
BEWARE OF MAINSTREAM OR JUST BOYCOTT IT
Folks, I hope you're aware of how biased the news you're reading in the newspapers and online are. Most mainstream media are reporting with very distinct angles to suit their own agendas.
Most local media are aligned with anti-Duterte forces (aka as the previous administration) or are being pressured by the conservatives and the Church. Perhaps the Church is threatening them with eternal damnation?
OUR WAY OR THE HIGHWAY
As for the Western media, we all know their bias. They're for headlines that sell and stories that they believe either promote liberal Western values or go against these (like Duterte stories), believing that there's only one way -- and it's the liberal Western way. They love attacking people who aren't aligned with these values.
Of course, the Western media reporters aren't the ones who have to live with the drugs, slums, crime and squalor. So it's quite easy for them to fly in, stay at a nice hotel, write a catchy story and then fly out again.
WHERE WERE YOU ALL DURING THE REAL EDSA? DIDN'T SEE YOU.
I've studiously avoided getting off the fence about the EDSA Anniversary because EDSA is nothing more than a street to me nowadays.
The pro-EDSA movements are now so heavily populated by Johnny Come Lately types who I never saw in the activist movements or on EDSA itself when I was there for its entirety. Yes, I was there from the first minute it began happening until the very last second.
YELLOW IS NOT A RELIGION
And I so dislike the fact that the Yellows have turned a color and a street into what is practically a religious cult.
I also believe that President Duterte, for all his faults (and we all have them), is still the best person for the presidency. He certainly is one of the few leaders with a real heart in a nation full of hypocritical politicians.
HEART OVER HYPOCRISY
So you should decide for yourselves: Do you want the politician who says all the right things and looks good in a suit but actually does nothing to improve conditions in our country because all he's really after are lucrative contracts for his relatives and positions of power for his cronies?
Or the lady who rode buses and wore slippers during the election campaign and then, since then, has done nothing much but pose for magazine covers, travel around the world, and criticise the government in power? Personally, I don't know what her agenda is, but I have a feeling that it's just to push herself forward to the top.
Or are you willing to try out the politician who shoots his mouth off and will never look like the presidential type you see in movies, but at least you know his heart really is for helping people and doing good? No agenda here other than #theFilipinopeople.
I know I'd like to take my chances with the person who is at least thinking a little bit about me and other ordinary citizens.
As for you, CNN and Ms. Bernal, shame on you for twisting facts so conveniently and creating your own version of reality, so that unknowing readers will think that Manila was all about anti-Duterte protests last weekend.
They completely ignored the massive outpouring of support for our President all over the country and among the Filipino communities around the world -- so many Filipinos in cities like Singapore and Tokyo held pro-Duterte rallies -- last weekend; and, yes, for his anti-drugs campaign, at Luneta.

Senator Cayetano slams ABS-CBN: Taking someone seriously and taking someone literally are two different things
Senator Alan Peter Cayetano slams ABS-CBN thru an open letter he posted on his official Facebook page on Wednesday.
And here it goes:
Dear ABS-CBN,
There you go again. In this news article all those you mentioned have been discussed, debunked or at least explained.
You know very well that taking someone seriously and taking someone literally are two different things.
President PNoy said if he doesn't finish the train to Cavite he would allow himself to be run over by the train! Did u harp on this or ask if he was believable? Did you call him to task for his statement?
Your management said you were going to be neutral in the last elections yet everyone knows you had your favorites - and yes it showed.
Yes we always take our President seriously but not always literally.
So what's the point of your article?
What's clear is that your timing seems to be perfect, especially when your article comes at the heels of calls from VP Leni to unify the opposition and the calls from Loida Nicholas for the President to resign and for the Vice President to take over.
The coincidence is striking to say the least.
The President is abroad working hard to protect Filipinos working abroad, inviting foreign investments and building relationships. It's an international practice not to hit the President when he is representing the Country abroad, since hitting him means hitting the Country he represents.
Yet you fire away! So May I respectfully ask...
When to believe and not to believe ABS-CBN?
- Senator Alan Peter Cayetano

HYPOCRITES: AN OPEN LETTER TO THE NUJP
A concerned citizen writes her lamentations against the National Union of Journalists of the Philippines, erstwhile one of the country's bastions of free press.
Pilar Santos 01/20/2017
Dear NUJP,
You seem to have a habit of writing open letters to the government.
The first was in June when you called out the president about his statements on the "killing" of Journalists that you claimed threatened Journalists with death if they did wrong. Was the president entirely at fault? I don't think so- it exposed corruption among you, that you repeatedly affirm and accept as a truth.
The second was last December 30, when you called out the President for his statements made during one on one interviews where you lectured him on how he should speak to the public and make his statements clearer- for your benefit.
The third called out press secretary Andanar for calling out your reportage on his Saturday speech in front of the Davao City Chamber of Commerce.
Here's what a simple former journalist thinks of your three letters:
1. The "mainstream" Journalists and big media companies you front for are losing their grip on that divine right to report on what government says. Many among you stand, and remain accused, of your own "creative imagination" in misreporting and misrepresenting the truth nonetheless, adding fuel to keep the fire of this cacophony you call democracy burning.
That 80 percent of the people repeatedly support the President and trust him only means he is getting through to them- even without your intervention.
2. Your open letters only amplify an accusation against you that many hold- a desire to keep the turf upon which your profits depend. This leads us to wonder whether you represent journalists or their employers. Are you a legitimate union, or the voice of the big media business club?
3. Have you become so spoiled as to demand this outright attention from the President? If truth is on your side, and journalistic skill under your belt, then you won't need these letters.
Your December 30 letter prompts us to ask: Why force the government to say what you want to hear?
There is a lot of truth out there you need to train these skills on, and a lot of journalists- bless them- who are still able to report on them without having to mangle the President's soundbites and cussing.
4. These letters also point to a fear among many of you that social media threatens to dethrone this entitlement to report the truth. The #Lenileaks controversy saw you beaten to the draw, and left you accused of a bad double standard when many among you failed to report on it promptly.
It's clear to us that these letters portray you as a special interest group that has become belligerent and self centered. You have been used to previous governments that pandered to this, and have repeatedly admitted to massive corruption within your ranks yet did nothing to stop it. Please don't be hypocrites. You are as black as Andanar's kettle.
You give former journalists like me a bad name.
We hope that the truth beyond the profit is part of that interest. Otherwise, the public will only be more frustrated with you, and prefer to get information from fake news.
Lovingly,
Pilar Santos
(Ms. Santos is a former journalist based in Butuan City, Philippines, who is now involved in development work among women and children. She has contributed to various publications. --Ed.)

Are the Inquirer and ABS-CBN fulfilling their duty to ‘inform’ Filipinos?
Perhaps Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte was out of line cussing at “news” media organisations Inquirer.net and ABS-CBN News. But then his assertions about the instances where he alleges he had been slandered by these media outlets need to be addressed. One such case surrounds reports published during his campaign that he had ₱211 million stashed away in a bank.
The Inquirer fielded dozens of “news reports” on Duterte’s alleged “hidden wealth” kept in an account with the Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI). But up to the very last “report”, much of the sources of these “exposés” trace their origins to the originator of this rumour, convicted-then-pardoned mutineer “senator” Antonio Trillanes IV. There was no actual “investigative journalism” conducted by the Inquirer throughout this vilification campaign — only sloppy “journalism” hinged on a single source: the hearsay information of “senator” Axe-To-Grind Trillanes.
Indeed, once confidence in its financial integrity is threatened, a bank eventually looks out for Number One. After keeping mum through much of the Inquirer-led sensationalisation of Trillanes’s accusations, BPI Managing Director Jose Teodoro Limcaoco issued a statement on the 29th April 2016 denying the authenticity of content used by the Inquirer in these “reports”…
“I don’t know where Sen. Trillanes got his information, but the graphic posted by the [Philippine Daily] Inquirer showing alleged credits, that is not a BPI document,” Limcaoco, who used to serve as the president of BPI Family Savings Bank, said in a mobile phone reply.
Limcaoco’s statements distancing his employer from this circus came following growing threats of a bank run against BPI instigated by Filipinos angered over the possibility that BPI had conspired with Trillanes and the Inquirer to flout the Philippines’ bank secrecy laws.
Nonetheless, the National Union of Journalists of the Philippines (NUJP) today issued an equally scathing response to Duterte describing his words as a “rant” that is “incoherent and foulmouthed” and ones that were ” absolutely twisted.” NUJP Secretary General Dabet Panelo went further to assert in his statement…
“Sir, your curses and your threats cannot and will not prevent us, the community of independent Filipino journalists, from fulfilling our duty to inform the people as best we can of what is happening to our country, whether you agree with what we report or not,” he said.
Unfortunately for the NUJP, its statement falls short of actually addressing the core origins not only of Duterte’s rant but the overall distrust Filipinos have developed for the business of “news reporting” mainstream corporate media and its cadre of traditional journalists engage in. Indeed, nowhere in the statement issued by the NUJP were any of Duterte’s grievances, such as that of the sloppy reporting mounted by the Inquirer around the Trillanes’s BPI “exposé”, addressed.
So are the Inquirer and ABS-CBN News teams actually fulfilling their “duty” to “inform the people” as the NUJP asserts?
The answer to that had increasingly become debatable over the last 30 years. Both news organisations, after all, owe their existence and ascent to the heights of profitability they enjoy today to their symbiotic existence with the Aquino-Cojuangco clan and the Roman Catholic Church. Filipinos have since seen through the subtle hijacking of the “EDSA people power revolution” narrative by this industrial-politico-religious trinity of oligarchs and the direct role the Inquirer and ABS-CBNhad played in turning Filipinos into docile indoctrinated minions of an ideology that has come to be called “The Cult of Yellow”.
What seems to be happening in Philippine society today is a mass public unplugging from the “matrix” of delusion manufactured by the Inquirer and ABS-CBN and piped into Filipinos’ screens for three decades. Backdropped by that reality, the NUJP’s response to Duterte and the trite assurances of uprightness and righteousness issued by these mainstream media outfits are severely wanting in credibility.

Filipinos are not safe while current VP Leni Robredo is in power
Women who use The Woman Card – the act of claiming they are being victimised because of their gender – so liberally are disappointing and do not help advance the real issues rational women are fighting for. One woman who quite often use The Woman Card is current Vice President Leni Robredo. She claims that today’s world is not safe for women anymore:
Attacks and harassment on social media, including threats of rape and bodily harm, are just as painful as attacks in real life. But on social media, we are a lot more vulnerable. Safety and protection are a lot more difficult to find in the digital arena.
While I don’t condone “threats of rape and bodily harm”, Robredo made it sound like it was only women who receive violent threats online. There are actually men from the pro-Duterte supporters who have received death threats from rabid Liberal Party supporters. One person who was publicly threatened on Facebook was public prosecutor Darwin Cañete.
Someone threatened to enter Cañete’s home and massacre his whole family recently. The troll even posted Cañete’s home address for everyone to see and yet Cañete did not cry foul and claim to be a victim of gender inequality. He just went straight to the process of prosecuting the troll who made the threats. That is not something we can say about Robredo. It seems all she does is complain about her critics online and cry foul that she is being unfairly persecuted. Never mind that she produced a video persecuting President Rodrigo Duterte and the members of the Philippine National Police for the world see in the hope that the European Union and United Nations would do something to topple the current government.
Robredo did not realise that there are also women in the police force and by maligning the agency, she inadvertently put everyone, including the female officers, in a bad light. There are women and men who work tirelessly and quietly, but Robredo lumped them all with the others who are supposedly rotting the system. It seems both men and women are not safe against Robredo’s speculative and reckless remarks. What’s unfair about this sorry situation is Robredo is the one crying foul after she received backlash from the public after she painted a very bad picture of the Philippines to the international community. She made it look like the country has become the wild, wild West – where people cannot walk the streets safely anymore. Her picture is far from the result of the latest survey that found that 82% of Filipinos feel safer with the ongoing Duterte government’s war on drugs.
Speaking of trolls, Robredo and her camp are very quiet about the woman troll who threatened to “plant” bombs during a pro-Duterte rally and who also planned to assassinate Duterte if the impeachment bid against him doesn’t succeed.
“LYN Ouvrier threatened to bomb the Luneta on April 2, and swore to plot the assassination of President Rodrigo Duterte in the event that the impeachment complaint against him does not prosper. She thought she could get away with this.
She is dead wrong.
Lyn Ouvrier is not her true name. It is an alias that she uses as she inflicts her vitriol on Duterte supporters.
Lyn is also a certified Leni troll. In fact, she is even willing to commit a crime in her name. After all, only a loyal and committed follower would publicly state this in Facebook: “We are going to plant bombs at the Luneta Park on April 2nd, 2017 in order to protect the Vice President and disrupt the rally to be organized by fanatics of Duterte.”
It is strange that she can label supporters of the President as fanatics, without thinking that only fanatics would plant bombs in a rally to protect a public figure. In fact, people who would do so are not just fanatics, but are also terrorists.”
A woman terrorist is not good for women’s image, indeed. Robredo should be outraged. It shouldn’t matter that the troll is her supporter, what matters is Robredo should help fast-track her prosecution because the troll is willing to murder people for her ideology.
While Robredo is claiming that women are not safe in today’s world anymore, the truth is, Filipinos are not safe while Robredo is in power because she is using her position to destabilise the Philippines and she is inspiring her supporters to harm innocent people.
During a radio interview with commentator Ted Failon, Robredo admitted that she asked herself “What have I gotten myself into?” Damn…the public including her supporters should ask her why she ran for the Vice Presidency in the first place if she didn’t know what she was getting herself into. Did she think it was going to be peachy being in the second most powerful position in the land? Did she expect everyone to agree with her views all the time? She must have been in a daze when she was campaigning – intoxicated by all the attention from the Liberal Party supporters who deluded themselves into believing she was the second Cory Aquino.
If only Robredo listened to her own daughters who begged her not to run for Vice President. They had more wisdom than her to foresee (in that instance) they would be embroiled in the bitterness of politics the higher up the food chain you go.
In her attempts to blame others for her current woes, Robredo also admitted in the same interview with Failon that she sometimes blames her dead husband, former Department of Interior and Local Government Undersecretary Jesse Robredo, for the situation she is in. She said that if he hadn’t died, she would never have entered politics. She inadvertently admitted that her motivation is not to serve the people, but to continue the so-called “legacy” of her late husband. And you might ask, what legacy? There are people close to the Robredos who are coming out now saying that Jesse wasn’t as squeaky clean as his supporters claim him to be. But these are all loose talk by people who want to remain anonymous online. You also wonder why they didn’t come out with the “truth” prior to the election. That could have helped bring down Robredo to earth. Instead, we have to deal with a Vice President who is so delusional to think that she is the answer to the Philippines’ problems.
In another speech during the Belle du Jour Women’s Summit, Robredo encouraged women to “speak the truth all the time”. She should follow her own advice and stop lying to the people. She should start backing her claims with facts and stop denying her own statements when critics are calling her out for spreading false information. It is kinda depressing to watch Leni speak in public. She lacks charisma and wisdom. It’s hard to imagine how she got the VP post without foul play and it’s even harder to imagine her as the President just in case. The only thing going for her is her skill at playing the woman/victim card.
The fact is, Robredo is adding to the division in Philippine society. After releasing unsubstantiated claims, she would then spend a lot of time defending herself from critics like the time she denied that she said there were more than 7,000 victims of extra-judicial killings due to the war on drugs, which contradicts the PNP’s much lower figure of over 2,000. Robredo also insisted that she wrote a letter to the DILG and the PNP asking about the palit-ulo scheme — a letter that PNP Chief Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa denies he had received. The letter she showed the public did not even state she was inquiring about thepalit-ulo scheme.
Instead of apologising for her errors, Robredo stubbornly sticks to her guns and denies them even when what she said was on record. It goes to show that she is more concerned about her image and her ego than serving the people. This is not just bad for the women she claims to represent; it is bad for the entire population of the Philippines.

President Rodrigo Duterte on Thursday mouthed invectives against two media companies for alleged unfair reporting.
"Alam mo ang Inquirer kahapon, talagang bulls— ang p— ina niya, basura talaga ‘yan pati ‘yung eleksyon na ganyan. The poor will be killed. Tignan mo mag-slant. Ewan ko ba but someday—hindi ko tinatakot but someday ‘yung karma dadating ‘yan," Duterte said after administering the oath of the new officers of the Philippine Councilors’ League.
"Talagang mga walanghiya ang p— inang journalista na ‘yan. Sabihin ko sa inyo talagang walanghiya pati ‘yung ABS-CBN. Because if I have the money p— ina ninyo. Nandiyan na ako sa gobyerno ngayon and you can request any son of a b— there sa central bank. Tell them to get a statement, bakit ako magbigay sa kalaban ko?" he added.
"If there is a really a 200 million sa account ko, I will resign tomorrow, ‘yan ang hamon ko sa lahat. And if my children would get involved in corruption, I will gladly step down. ‘Yan ang totoo mga Inquirer, mga bulls— kayo pati ‘yung ABS-CBN. Basura ‘yung inano ninyo. Dapat may magsabi sa inyo ngayon p— ina ninyo, sinobrahan ninyo ang kalokohan ninyo."
Duterte also accused the two firms that they were paid to publish stories during the elections.
"Kay Inquirer, you’ve never been fair. I know that it’s supposed to be antagonistic but fair? Bastos kayo. Pati ABS-CBN bastos, bastos talaga," he said.
"Kasi alam nila without checking the veracity of—the truth about… ‘Pag eleksyon na pera-pera na eh. Kung sino ang makabayad ng pera, iyon ang i-publish nila," he added.
Duterte also lashed out at the Prieto family and the Lopez family, which own Inquirer and ABS-CBN, respectively, calling them oligarchs.
"Kaya itong mga mayayaman akala mo mga honest ito, mga respected members of society. Mukhang pera ‘yang mga p— ina ‘yan. Sa totoo. Kaya ilang mga tao they’re very, kasi may-ari ng newspaper, may-ari ng baka atakihin siya," he said.
"It’s the corrupt media, ‘yung mukha ng mukha nila Prieto pati Lopez ng pera at ‘yang simbahan. The oligarchs of this country. May enjoyment sila one percent only panahon pa ni Cory Aquino hanggang dumating na lang sa akin," he added.
This was not the first time that Duterte lashed out at the said media companies, with the President previously slamming them for their reporting about his alleged bank accounts exposed by Senator Antonio Trillanes IV during the campaign period.
In his second speech for the day—at the awarding of Go Negosyo’s Inspiring Filipina Entrepreneurs 2017—Duterte threatened to uncover the media's personal stories as well.
“Sumosobra kasi ang media eh. Binababoy na nila. So kung ganon, I have a government station here, PTV-4. How do you suppose if I get one hour? Pup—hin ko kayo araw-araw at istorya ko kayo mga buhay ng anak ninyo. I mean, huwag ninyo masyadong sobrahan because hindi naman ako mag-hurimentado but I will give you your dues also. Wala magmula sa amin. Mahirap lang kami,” he said.
“Kayo kaya kung kalkalin ko ‘yung mga buhay ninyo? Mga anak ninyo? I am sorry to… Talagang smarting ako,” he added.
Taking exception
In a statement, Inquirer executive editor Jose Ma. Nolasco said the newspaper took exception to Duterte's remarks.
"Even as we've courageously pursued the truth in our coverage, we've endeavored to get the administration's side of any controversy," he said, noting that the newspaper runs a column titled "View from the Palace" allowing Duterte administration officials to write about policy and personality matters.
GMA News Online has reached out to ABS-CBN for comment.
The National Union of Journalists of the Philippines, meanwhile, slammed Duterte for his pronouncements, describing them as "not only unwarranted, it was absolutely twisted."
"Mawalang-galang subali’t napakalinaw na kayo po, at hindi sila, ang bastos. It was a brazen abuse of your immense power as chief executive of this land and only shows how little, if any, appreciation you have of democracy and governance," it said.
"It is a mindset of the petty tyrant who mistakenly believes public office is an entitlement that allows you to flaunt the laws of the land that both grant you power and ensure the checks that prevent you from abusing that power."
The group added that it would not expect an apology from Duterte, but said his pronouncements wouldn't stop journalists "from fulfilling our duty to inform the people as best we can of what is happening to our country, whether you agree with what we report or not." —NB/JST/BM, GMA News
