HOTEL KEY CARDS - BEWARE
This is pretty good info. Never even thought about key cards containing anything other than an access code for the room!
HOTEL KEY CARDS
Ever wonder what is on your magnetic key card?
Answer:
a. Customer's name
B. Customer's partial home address
c. Hotel room number
d. Check-in date and out dates
e. Customer's credit card number and expiration date!
When you turn them in to the front desk your personal information is there for any employee to access by simply scanning the card in the hotel scanner. An employee can take a hand full of cards home and using a scanning device, access the information onto a laptop computer and go shopping at your expense.
Simply put, hotels do not erase the information on these cards until an employee reissues the card to the next hotel guest. At that time, the new guest's information is electronically 'overwritten' on the card and the previous guest's information is erased in the overwriting process.
But until the card is rewritten for the next guest, it usually is kept in a drawer at the front desk with YOUR INFORMATION ON IT!
The bottom line is: Keep the cards, take them home with you, or destroy them. NEVER leave them behind in the room or room wastebasket, and NEVER turn them into the front desk when you check out of a room. They will not charge you for the card (it's illegal) and you'll be sure you are not leaving a lot of valuable personal information on it that could be easily lifted off with any simple scanning device card reader.
For the same reason, if you arrive at the airport and discover you still have the card key in your pocket, do not toss it in an airport trash basket. Take it home and destroy it by cutting it up, especially through the electronic information strip!
If you have a small magnet, pass it across the magnetic strip several times. Then try it in the door, it will not work. It erases everything on the card.

REMEMBER THE IDES OF MARCH
The Judgment of History
SA LAHAT NG SUGAT, ANG PINAKAMASAKIT AY
YONG SAKSAK NA NANGALING SA KAIBIGAN”
an old Tagalog proverb
Helplessly fending off the conspirators’ treacherous surging knives coming from all directions, Caesar stood to his ground, a true fashion of a brave veteran Roman soldier. Of the thirty-two stabbings Julius Caesar received he groaned but once and that was the first initial blow”, so says Suetonius, Roman historian and author of “Lives of the Twelve Caesars”
Relying chiefly from witnesses watching on that violent Friday, March 15, 44 BC Ides of March, Suetonius noted that the most climactic was when Caesar was surprised and shocked to see a face revealed turned out to be his mistress’ son whom he enjoyed conversing with him in the Greek language about Hellenic culture.
The rumor long circulated was that Brutus was his son. If so, the moment of truth came when Brutus, the assailant-assassin finally took his turn to finish the job he planned, sworn and participated. To kill Caesar is a mission before he dissolves the Roman Republic and install himself emperor. Preempt is a better discretion than watch the death of the Republic that his brave ancestor, Lucius Jucinius Brutus founded after he helped expelling the Etruscan kings.
A great number of bystanders heard Caesar uttered, “KA ISU TEKNON”. Besides Suetonius, Plutarch who wrote “Parallel Lives of Great Greeks and Romans” confirmed that it was in Greek that Julius Caesar spoke the famous words that Shakespeare borrowed and used his Latinized version meaning “You also, my son?”
Yes, it was William Shakespeare whose tragedy and history drama “Julius Caesar” brainwashed us into associating the Latin phrase ‘ETU, BRUTUS’ on the brutal killing of Caesar.
Without Shakespeare’s ETU, BRUTUS’ we will be deprived using the word BRUTE or BRUTAL or BRUTALITY to describe violent wicked, cruel merciless killing! But to ascribe these words to Brutus, the Roman citizen and defender of the Roman Republic will be unfair. As he vehemently asserted his genuine patriotism, “it was not that I love Caesar less but I love Rome more!”
While Julius Caesar is the greatest Roman, it was Shakespeare who characterized Brutus” the Noblest Roman of them all!”

WHO ARE YOU?
Good day all,
An intentional, calculated act, without just cause, coupled with malice, premeditation and deliberation, is a DASTARDLY ACT, moreso if committed by one holding high office!, moreso by one who claims impartiality -- one who claims to be a Rizalist!, moreso if committed by the high & the mighty against an adherent of Rizalism!
Is the above exemplary enough to warrant KGOR?
From the point of view of a despot, could be yes -- to reward a servile follower -- as it reels from Lazir's relentless reporting expounding upon abusive acts and corrupt practices done in the name of "Rizalism"!
From the point of view of Rizalism, it's a non-question, being anathema to it.
The act caused damage, big or small, no question!
Didn't he (Plueckebaum) complain about the "spam" and that he asked Lazir to delete his name from the mailing list?
Didn't Ms Kristine Soriano remind Lazir about this?
Isn't this sufficient evidence enough Plueckebaum lied as he DID ask Laon
Laan, but not Lazir?
Last 03 June 2008?
"L" is not the same as "LL"..., right?
Who is lying then, Plueckebaum or Lazir?
Is LYING, with an ulterior motive to destroy a name/person, Rizalian?
Who is Quiapo Rotonda?
Is he Quiambao, Rogelio? Perhaps no. Perhaps yes.
Do Plueckebaum and Quiapo Rotonda work together?
Why should they gang-up on poor soul, Laon Laan?
Being the wronged party which Lazir definitely doesn't deserve, he (Lazir) reserves the right to take any action, legal included, as case warrants.

Dear Mr. Plueckebaum,
Thank you so much for your kind note. The question on my true identity is rather irrelevant but you could consider me the "defender" of your hero Jose Rizal's image. Thanks to him I continue to perpetuate his alias in order to uphold his personal convictions on justice and equality and to fight against corruption and oppression within the organization that carries his name.
You shouldn't immediately believe what you hear from third parties or perhaps you must have already read the attached letter. I wouldn't be surprise if you were promised for an elevation in the brotherhood.
On the other hand, for as long as you are a member of a Rizal organization, your name will remain in my mailing list because we're promoting and defending the honor and image of Dr. Jose P. Rizal, aren't we? I'd only be too happy to oblige you when you decide to quit the organization for good because you wouldn't have any "raison d'etre" to be a Rizalist. Therefore,
your name will be deleted automatically unless otherwise you'd like to be reinstated so that you could follow up on the status of the brotherhood in the long run.
Yours very faithfully in Rizal,
Laon Laan

Dear Quiapo-Rotonda or is it Attorney,
Thanks very kindly for your feedback and comments. I do regret for the long delay of replying but I was kept busy during these last months from my business engagements and travels.
You must have gotten me wrong when you wrote that my writings only sound as a glorified expression of hatred against a certain individual that I mentioned in my article "Who's Who." If you are referring directly to the domestic helper concerned, how could you explain such a feeling of hatred when he is far below of my educational and professional level? He could easily fool you and everybody in the organization about his educational and professional backgrounds but NEVER those who knew him well, including me!
What do you take me for? Stupid? Moron? He'll always be remembered as a domestic no matter what fancy title he would have!
On the other hand, I did not metaphorically/indirectly describe his wife as "STUPID or DUMB". As a matter of fact, she is not only too clever but also too wise to use her charm in order to advance herself to become the mistress and wife of prominent members in the organization where she worked! I would not be surprised at all in case I would find out in the end that her first child could in reality have two fathers. What can you say about that?
I do appreciate your suggestion and recommendation to find important and beneficial things in order to help my countrymen, but how would you expect to succeed to get things done, properly and efficiently, in a deep-rooted corrupt political system, be it in any government establishments or private organizations, like the KOR?
Please don't hesitate to contact me again. More power and best regards.
Yours in Rizal,
Laon Laan
Dear Laon Laan,
I read through your blogs and I must admit that you sounded to me as an intelligent individual with possibly a very good educational background.
However, No matter how well you write your blogs, To me this writings it only sounds as a glorified expression of hatred against a certain individual.
I am impressed with the amount of homework you have done on his family. Did you just metaphorically/indirectly describe her wife as "STUPID or DUMB"!! . Libelous my friend, No wonder your hiding under the name Laon Laan!
Now let me go back to what I mentioned earlier. Maybe you're not that intelligent after all because if you were, I believe you'll find more important and more beneficial things to do for your fellow countrymen's other than call them "names". I must admit that' what your doing here is a bit entertaining and you seem to have very good ideas about how to improve or do things. Why don't you start your own organization, sports, cultural or whatever it maybe and show them by examples how thing should be done. Who can tell maybe a year from now you'll accomplish exactly what you have written and dreamt for?
Otherwise, I am sorry to tell you but you are far worst that than man you are writing here.

If you are a brother Knight, there is no need to hide. We are all expressing our grievances unmasked. If your are not a Knight of Rizal I like rather to know, why you feel entitled to interfere in internal affairs of our organisation. If you are not a member you are not entitled to act as a judge or public attorney against our officers.
If you decide to apply for membership and if this is granted to you, you can and have the rights within the limits of our laws and by-laws to contribute solutions to our affairs and problems. Then you can also contribute to the improvement of our organisation and perhaps in a not so far future take influence in this development.

BARKING AT THE WRONG TREE
Good afternoon Kristine,
Tnx for your e-mail! Laon Laan passed it on to Lazir...
Did Lazir send you an unsolicited e-mail? Pleuckebaum did ask Laon Laan to delete his (former's) e-mail address from his (latter's) list!
As far as Lazir knows, never did the former ask Lazir to delete his address! There ends the wrong claim of "unsolicited" mail, Plueckebaum-wise.
Hence, one is lying (Plueckebaum) with a claim of "unsolicited" mails or "spamming" from Lazir! And lied he did again when he (Plueckebaum) claimed that Lazir writes false allegations! What Lazir sent Plueckebaum were true and was far from "unsolicited".
And you miss the point too! Lazir is not Laon Laan! Lazir writes straight and as you observed it yourself, has good intentions. He doesn't hide, even if his name is perhaps reversed! You can call him Rizal, if you prefer it more that way.
Does it mean if Kissinger speaks on TV or in public, Lazir MUST listen to him? Isn't that "unsolicited" as well, if not unwanted? This is of course another topic...
Let's look at the evidence of where Esguerra lied to us all, his wrongdoings (see Enclosures above please):
1. His Open Letter dated 15 May 2007 to Sir Peter Eisele which Esguerra (aptly) titled, "How to be un-Rizalian", par 7, 1st sentence, said that he and the Supreme Council in the KOR organization stand for "non-racism"! Yet, in less than 3 months, he exalted racist Alcoba to KGOR!
2. His letter to Sir Jun Zerrudo dated 12 April 2007, par 2, 3rd sentence, "Of course we do not tolerate vulgar and indecent words in KOR." also is a lie, having exalted Alcoba to KGOR, despite Alcoba's vulgar/indecent rantings early part of 2007, against Sir Barry Bowman, Sir Lucien Spittael, Sir Peter Eisele, to name a few!
Esguerra and the 2007 Supreme Council exalted Alcoba from KCR to KGOR! Is that qualified Rizalism or a fake one?
Following your logic please, accusing Lazir of spamming, which he doesn't! "anything done the wrong way no matter how you look at it is wrong!", you are more wrong than right!
If you will, Lazir points to your fine-toothed examination of his writing/delivery style. (It's like telling Dr Jose Rizal to not publish his Noli and Fili, while allowing Padre Damaso to continue his abusive acts!)
Yet, truth stands out that Esguerra can qualify to be described as inept/incompetent, for KEEPING Paras/Alcoba in the KOR (while expelling Moreno/Sir Jun Zerrudo who may be UNRELENTING like the national hero in exposing the wrong as they continue propagating true Rizalism)! But, unfortunately, Esguerra has not prosecuted (up to NOW!) proven racist Boy Alcoba, fake/racist/identified plagiarist Felino Paras, who claimed to have written "Born to be a Hero", which was in reality, written by Jose Baron Fernandez, titled, Jose Rizal, Filipino, Doctor and Patriot! Paras also claimed to have translated "Mi Ultimo Adios"
Witnesses on Lazir's charges upon Alcoba and Paras: Sir Lucien Spittael, Sir Klaus Hartung, Sir Dr Fritz Hack-Ullmer, Sir Dennis Barcelona.
Sir Dr Fritz Hack-Ullmer personally heard Paras when the latter criticized Europeans about being "racistic", not promoting Filipinos!, forgetting that the great grandfather of Sir Dr Fritz Hack-Ullmer happens to be the same good friend Dr Jose Rizal had, who took the hero into his home in Wilhelmsfeld despite Dr Rizal being a total stranger, foreigner on German soil. You know his name: Pastor Karl Ullmer!
In the first place, why promote Paras when he is not qualified to be Commander? He claimed to have studied in a Belgian U, yet couldn't even formulate his own agenda for a meeting! No hatred here, but truth speaks louder, the documentary evidence too!
Lazir has cc:d Sir Dr Fritz Hack-Ullmer above. He's a retired Internist/Cardiologist! Also his brother, Sir Dr Hans Hack-Ullmer, a jurist, plus Sir Lucien Spittael, who's a prolific Jose Rizal researcher, and Sir Dennis Barcelona, another Filipino who can't stomach IHQ corrupt practices..., should you wish to clarify on the Paras, Alcoba wrongdoings that Esguerra and some in the Supreme Council tolerates!
When you happen to be in Germany, please let Lazir know so he can personally introduce you to true Rizalists, who abhor corruption and corrupt practices inept Esguerra tolerates, despite his pronouncements to the contrary!
He is more than welcome to scrutinize the attached documents he himself wrote...
Even as Lazir reports of KOR wrongdoing/s under Quiambao and Esguerra, let's not forget what a Rizalist must always do: propagate Dr Jose Rizal's idealism/teachings ICW RA 646!
For country and people!

Dear Mr. Lazir,
You are missing a lot of point here. While it is true that Kissinger speaks
on public and tv. He was never sending unsolicited emails and much more
will he even condone sending spam emails.
Im sure a respectable country such as Germany will never agree to such
practice of sending emails which are regarded as spam. Of course, Germany
know this is illegal. May I also remind you that sending unsolicited email
is spamming and spamming is ILLEGAL.
You may have a good intention, but anything done the wrong way no matter how
you look at it is wrong!
Kristine Soriano, PhD, MS
Rizalists Front Council
ON THE FILIPINO INDOLENCE
Let us agree first on the definition of terms:
Backward country - maybe defined as, a country that lacks improved facilities such as the lack of sewerage systems or garbage disposal systems, poor delivery of health programs, educational programs, having slow economic growth, lacks better and convenient transportation systems, poor road conditions, some would say retarded living conditions, outdated lifestyles, poor hotels, bad accomodations etc etc.
Lazy - defined as, an adjective that describes disdain for work or disdain for physical exertion. Slow or slugish movement, disinclined for physical efforts.
If we now agreed that those were the definitions, let us now observe and read the following questions:
In Rizal times, was there good education provided to the majority of the people? How about health programs? Were the roads in good conditions? Was the living conditions brisk? Was the lifestyle outdated? How were the private business establishments managed? How were the public offices governed?
Rizal described some of these conditions in his novels. His description of Placido Penitente and his outrage against the Friar's insults and philosophical meanderings were outstanding. Rizal showed how backward the process of learning in the university was! He likewise illustrated the slow delivery of programs as when files thickened in the office of one distinguished public official saying that such official had been designated head of the Health office though not having seen nor had even read a single treatise on health!
On laziness. In the novel, Rizal wrote about Sisa's husband, the father of Basilio and Crispin. He said the man was a gambler, a sabungero, who instead of winning bread for his family was the one taking it from them. Rizal showed that the man was a lazy lot. A vicious man who best represented majority of the indios in that period.
In today's Philippines, what do we see? What can we see?
Good roads, skyways, (though no subways yet), good cellular phone systems, beautiful malls. We still have bad garbage collection system though but it is improving. We got good educational institutions wired and linked to the world wide web (www) reason that we can talk here right now. Health programs are delivered though still lacking because the huge volume of recepients does not match the prepared program but it works. Living conditions are relatively modern. Even houses in slum areas have TVs, radios, refrigerators, electric fans, air cons, gas stoves, computers.
On the issue of laziness. Here we have to agree on a standard measuring device to use.
Say, on the account of morality. Let us say, the measure we will use is the no. of corruption cases. Is there sluggishness in reducing the number of corruption cases? Is there disdain for physical exertion? As say, action necessary that directly reduces the number of corruption. Say legal or judicial work. What is taking that so long for instance? What is it that the judicial system does not have that requires speedy resolution of the cases? Is there indepth evaluation needed before a decision could be reached? Is there laziness involved or does the entire process in resolving the issues really need to take that long?
Lets move on to the issue of present economic conditions. Let us say the measuring device is the GDP.
In stock markets, people refer to bullish and boarish trading. Bull represents brisk investing activities and boar represents sluggishness. People could be aggressive or sluggish takers or gainers. And when GDP is down, there is slowing down of economic activities and vice versa.
Let us give a concrete example: if fishermen got good catches, people swarm the ports, buyers and consumers are happy, prices get down. Business is brisk.
When good agricultural production yield bountiful harvests, life becomes brisk. In far flung agricultural areas, when the chief source of income is the yield on crops, bountiful harvest creates happiness and joy to lots of people. Merry making, singing, dancing abound. Life is brisk. Everyone is happy.
In money markets, when world prices go down, everything jumps for joy. But not when they go up, and if for several months it is up, when prices spirally rise skybound, everyone frowns. World oil prices could drop down but the local prices may still take it hard to slide down. It is because prices are linked to a lot of cost and items. Because operational budgets were written based upon the selling prices dictated by world market prices. Hence it would be difficult to cut the costs down or adjust these projections in one's financial budget.
Let us bring the topic back to Rizal. Now, laziness is sluggishness, or disdain for work or rejection of physical exertion. Mr Vera pointed out that poverty is not an indication of laziness. Rizal posited on the other hand that indolence or laziness is both the cause and effect of backwardness. I have shown however that in modern Philippines, backward economy does have a link to laziness.
Let us observe around in poor slums: How should we conclude if we saw poor people in slum areas that instead of forming cooperatives, or seeking ways to help themselves, instead form themselves into groups, buy marka demonio and drink the whole day until sundown? Are these people vicious and lazy because they are poor? or are they poor because they are vicious and lazy? Which way is it?
Ask the poor people and they will say, we don't want to be like this. We just can't be up like the rest. We are not schooled, we knew nothing, what shall we do? All we knew is beg for alms, or scavenge for food or look for garbage and sell them. We are poor people but we are not lazy.
We can say that these people are marginalized. Cut off from the mainstream society, born of poor parents and not finding anymore help to rise from their living conditions. That was why foundations, non-government organizations (NGOs), foreign aids, help for the poor, gawad kalinga etal come in the picture. We do have these poverty-assistance mechanisms nowadays. But in those times, nil. Only some good hearted orphanages as what Sr Bob said in his posts, there were good Spaniards though in those times. That was the truth.
However, in Rizal's time he saw idleness and a great majority of indios suffering in poverty (marginalized people) when he compared their living conditions with the condition of life in the big and lively cities of European countries.
The Spaniards on the other hand concluded that Filipinas was backward because of the indolence of the native indios. Rizal refuted. He found out that it was the tropical weather and the rich natural resources that made them appeared to be so. He argued that it was the colonial status of life that killed the stimuli or motivation for work. Rizal lawyered for them, he reversed the accusation and made it the main argument: the Spaniards were themselves lazy and abusive and therefore they made the indios lazy, too.
Rizal believed laziness transcended races or skin color. The Spaniards and the indios were both lazy. Only that the Spaniards were lazier than them. So the Don and Donas were more indolent than Juan Tamad, the indio.

EX-GENERAL'S WIFE, 3 SONS HELD IN US JAILS
By Edson C. Tandoc Jr.
Philippine Daily Inquirer
First Posted 02:52:00 03/07/2009
MANILA, Philippines. Ten days after two sons of former military comptroller Maj. Gen. Carlos Garcia were arrested in the United States, US lawmen caught up with Garcia's wife and a third son who had been fugitives for more than three years.
Clarita Depakakibo Garcia, 58, and her son Timothy Mark were arrested Thursday and were scheduled to face a detention hearing Friday, a government official said.
They were arrested on the basis of a request from the Philippine government for them to face plunder charges filed against them in the Philippines, Assistant Ombudsman Mark Jalandoni said.
Jalandoni said the government had so far received no official communication from the US government on the arrests.
But we have confirmed that they were arrested in the US, he said.
Garcia, his wife and three sons have been charged with plunder for allegedly amassing more than P303 million in unexplained wealth during Garcia's active service in the military.
Garcia was convicted on perjury charges late last month for misdeclaring his assets in 2000. He is in jail while on trial for plunder.
Clarita and her three sons had been at large since the plunder case was filed in 2005. Unlike the retired general, they are US citizens, US federal officials told the Detroit News.
The Detroit News said the arrest warrants for Clarita and Timothy Mark were made on the basis of an extradition request from the Philippine government for plunder committed in Quezon City between 1993 and 2004.
Quoting a court filing from Assistant US Attorney John O'Brien, the paper said the money and other benefits obtained by the defendants resulted from the award of contracts or other government projects by Maj. Gen. Garcia and taking undue advantage of his official position.
Bulk cash smuggling
On Feb. 25, Garcia's two other sons, Juan Paulo and Ian Carl, were arrested in the US after their indictment in December by a federal grand jury and were charged with conspiracy to commit bulk cash smuggling after they allegedly tried to smuggle $100,000 in cash from the Philippines in 2003.
They are now being held in San Francisco to answer to the charges, US authorities said.
The airport incident led to the discovery of the alleged ill-gotten wealth of the Garcia family and the filing of plunder charges before the anti-graft court Sandiganbayan in 2005.
Jalandoni said that while Juan Paulo and Ian Carl would have to face the cash smuggling charges in the US, ultimately, the three sons and Clarita will have to be extradited because all of them are defendants in the plunder case.
Following the filing of the plunder charges and Garcia's arrest in 2005, the Sandiganbayan ordered the arrest of Clarita and her sons in 2006.
But when the arrest warrants were served in the family's given addresses in the military general headquarters Camp Aguinaldo and in the southern province of Iloilo, they could not be found, prosecutor Jose Balmeo Jr. said.

THE REIGN OF GREED
Is KOR now a money-making Machine, where questionable practices thrive in exchange for sashes, medals, trinkets???
Allcon,
How could IHQ appoint one that reportedly was swindling people of their hard-earned money, here in Germany? Is that Rizalism?
Is this how bad Rizalism under Quiambao/Esguerra has become?
How true is the report that Quiambao asked for a percentage (30%?) to facilitate/help bring out German containers thru Philippine customs near the IHQ? Probably unable/refusing to pay, the two German businessmen reportedly went bankrupt when they couldn't start their Philippine business because their hospital wares/equipments got stuck in the pier!
The questions Rizalists should ask about IHQ corruption boil down to:
1. What has Rizalism to do with asking for percentage fees?
2. Does anyone at IHQ accept money, in exchange for a higher exaltation?
3. Or why should it be PRESSING of IHQ to nominate/appoint COLORFUL men with SHADY characters to KGOR/KGCR or Deputy positions?
4. Doesn't Quiambao openly campaign for "lifetime memberships" and MORE OF THE SAME?
...where funds go STRAIGHT to IHQ, by-passing the Chapter?
5. If the approx. Euro 5,000 Mushake donation is still UNACCOUNTED for till today (THANKS to Esguerra!), how are lifetime membership funds handled in the KOR "Books of Accounts" under the current "leadership"?
6. Where does it say in RA 646 no one may question abusive IHQ practices/appointments?
Think of fake Paras, racist Alcoba, unqualified Guansing/Nollas and their FAILED "Filipino Muna" policy IHQ supported to the hilt RY 2006-2008, even cancelling the previous appointment of much-qualified Sir Lucien Spittael, about 1-2 weeks after its issuance!
OK, it appears IHQ slowed down a bit, after Lazir started reporting! They then appointed European deputies for Europe and Belgium RY 2008-2010. Or did they really slow down?
Reports coming to Lazir picture an IHQ appointee who supposedly represented PAG-IBIG Fund in Germany, where some countrymen entrusted their funds, but that none
came out of it, although they hold some sort of a (bogus?) passbook or ledger?
Would you feel good, if after remitting monthly premiums for months or so, hoping to borrow funds for a housing loan back home later, then get told your account doesn't exist in PAG-IBIG Manila office?
If you complain in Germany, you are told to see PAG-IBIG Manila?! If you complain in PAG-IBIG Manila, you are told to "see the Germany representative"?
Then this alleged IHQ appointment naming the person Deputy Area Commander-Germany? (He used to be Europe Area Commander RY 1999-2000 when Quiambao was Supreme Commander and Sir Barry Bowman was Deputy Area Commander, Europe! At that time, there was no Europe REGION yet!)
The witnesses are real persons who talked to Lazir/Lazir talked to, in case a confrontation is needed about the story.
Lazir wished to first personally confront the person himself, but the guy didn't proceed to the restaurant for coffee, after Mushake's burial! He simply drove away after cemetery rites! He organized the Hessen Chapter that suddenly SPROUTED from the ground, only to disappear, "ningas-kugon" style, so abruptly as it came!
Rizalists worldwide, we can practice Rizalism in conformity with Universal laws as well as RA 646 calling us all to propagate Dr Jose Rizal's idealism and his teachings! We don't need a corrupt Quiambao nor listen to an incompetent/inept Esguerra to do a good job!
Even as Lazir continues exposing violators of Sec 4, RA 646, let's not lose focus on Rizalism!

For country and people!
